Happy National Coaches Day to the three sports I oversee regularly ! ❤️🖤

I know I can be tough at times 😂, but the truth is, these three make my job easy.

They keep me informed.
They do what is asked of them.
They show up every single day for their athletes.
And most importantly, they genuinely care about the people they coach.

Being an administrator is a lot easier when you have coaches you can trust to lead, communicate, and take care of their teams. I appreciate each of you more than you probably realize!

Thank you for everything you do for our student-athletes and for making Bobcat Athletics better every day.

Happy National Coaches Day! 🐾❤️🖤

To honor suicide prevention awareness month, we took the past couple of weeks to visit (almost) every sports team here at Frostburg. Our wellness crew created posters to bring around to their own and other teams to serve as a reminder that you are not alone and to always reach out for help 💜🎗️🩵

Frostburg ‘31

I am incredibly excited and honored to announce my commitment to further my academic and athletic career playing Division 2 lacrosse at Frostburg State University.

First and foremost, I’d like to thank my Mom, Dad, Stepdad and Sister. None of this would be possible without their endless love and support.

To Coach Colin, Coach Corey, and Coach Button, I can’t tell you enough how grateful I am for all you’ve done for me over the years.

Thank you to Coach Mike for putting me in the goal for the first time, and to Coach Scott for the countless hours of coaching that helped me play my best game ever since.

I also want to thank my John Carroll coaches, including Coach Waldt and Coach Abro, for helping to shape me into an athlete ready to compete at the next level.

Lastly, a huge thank you to Coach Gartelman and Coach Haas for welcoming me into the FSU family and giving me this incredible opportunity.

Go Bobcats!
