INTRODUCING OUR MUSIC THERAPY SUNSHINE SPOTLIGHT: ALPHA MU ALPHA! Alpha Mu Alpha (AMA) is Florida State University’s student music therapy organization, located in Tallahassee, FL. AMA is run by undergraduate MT students and provides resources, organizes advocacy events, and fosters community amongst MT students. Recently, AMA hosted a seminar with FSU MT alumni regarding internship and experiences as a professional, as well as a “Paint a Pumpkin” fundraiser to raise funds for the upcoming SER-AMTA conference! AMA’s Social Media Co-Chair, Elizabeth Rey, says “While I am nominating this student organization as a whole, I’d like to note that our wonderful President, Charlotte Palmer, and Vice President, Josie Frein, have done an outstanding job this year leading Alpha Mu Alpha.” Thank you AMA for all the work you do!
