Latergram from @monsterzymofficial Asian Championship in August!😂

I love the look brought to the stage in August and it is an honour to be judged by @t_manion Tyler Manion and took a 3rd despite being the smallest one in class!

I can’t change my structure and things inborn. Always not an easy thing for me in this journey given my genetics. But I can control my mindset and I am doing everything possible to get there :)

Best competition experience ever and the fullness is no joke 😛 thanks to coach @activ8tionfitness

Thanks @kyannho for everything 🥹❤️
Thanks @alum.cheung_
Thanks @maxcut.taiwan for the sponsor and gifts
Thanks for recording my performance!! @ft.npc @darstan_lee

TAIWAN PRO 2023 🇹🇼✨

Still one of my favourite looks I’ve ever brought to the stage.

Not because it was “perfect” but because it was a look where the training, nutrition, posing, presentation and discipline all came together.

And that’s exactly what I love about this sport.

The physique is only one part of the package.

How you train.
How you eat.
How you peak.
How you pose.
How you present yourself on stage.
How you learn to actually show the physique you worked so hard to build.

After years competing at the highest level and coaching athletes, I know how much the small details can change your entire presentation.

So if you’re an athlete or just looking to:
🏆 Bring your best package to the stage
💃 Improve your posing & stage presence
🔥 Build a physique strategically for your category
📈 Get honest, experienced feedback
🌍 Work with me online from anywhere in the world

DM me “COACHING” or “POSING” and let’s talk.

Your best physique deserves your best presentation. 🤍

First callout comparisons at the Asia Pro 🇰🇷

I thought I would upload this for anyone who would like to see and learn more, always remember pictures and videos don’t tell the full story like being there in the flesh will 🙏🏽

Congratulations to the beautiful @aliciajamie for stamping her ticket to the first ever Fit Model Olympia! So glad I got to meet you properly backstage and share this moment 🥹

As for us.. we study, we assess, we put in the work and aim to climb. @ccash15_ifbbpro ⭕️💫

我諗好多人都睇唔明呢一個Abs n thigh pose
其實呢個動作靈感來自於80s MR.Olympia
