Here’s exactly what happens when you sign up with Unfinished Lifestyle 👇🏻

First, we gather everything; your bloodwork, your current eating habits, and your current activity level. We need to know exactly what your daily habits look like and your internal health.

We then review your bloodwork personally. Not to diagnose anything — but because your labs tell us things about your body that a generic program never accounts for. Hormone levels, inflammation markers, nutrient deficiencies — all of it shapes what we build for you.

From there we build your nutrition plan around your actual data, making sure we’re giving you exactly what your body needs.

Then comes your workout program, designed around your goals, your schedule, and where you are starting from.

And finally you get access to the Unfinished Lifestyle app where you check in weekly and track daily habits like water, steps, weight, so nothing falls through the cracks between sessions.

This is what personalized health coaching looks like with Unfinished Lifestyle 🙌🏻

The “shortcut” to achieving results will always require time, effort, and consistency.

Everyone wants to achieve results as quickly as possible with minimal effort. Having this approach is what is preventing you from actually making progress, and you need to accept that.

That shortcut you’re looking for will always be the one that requires time, effort, and consistency. It shouldn’t matter how long it will take to make the change and achieve the results. What matters is how productive you are during that time, how much effort you put it, and how consistent you are.

If you truly want to change, quit looking for a shortcut.

You keep waiting to have enough energy to work out.

But working out is one of the things that gives you more energy in the first place.💁‍♂️

Regular exercise improves cardiovascular fitness, sleep quality, blood sugar control, mitochondrial function, mood, and your ability to handle stress.

So yes, the first 10 minutes might feel like 💩 when you're tired.

Do it anyway.

Because sitting around waiting to magically feel energetic is usually a terrible strategy.

Your body adapts to what you repeatedly ask it to do.

Ask it to do less, and doing anything starts to feel harder.

Ask it to do more, and your capacity grows.

Sometimes, the cure for feeling tired is to stop acting tired.

How much longer are you going to avoid what you are capable of doing in order to continue with what you are comfortable doing?

Everyone wants to make a positive change in their life in order to get to a better place, but when it comes to putting in the work to make that change, they avoid it.

The longer you stay comfortable with where you are, the harder it will be to want to make a change.

It’s the holiday season. Quit holding back on your potential and finally make the changes you want for 2027. Click the link in bio to schedule your free consultation 🙏🏻

THE FUNDAMENTALS HAVEN’T CHANGED.💯

Every few years, there’s a new diet, drug, peptide, supplement, or “shortcut” promising to revolutionize weight loss.

But here’s the truth from a health & fitness coach:

The basics have always worked. ✅
For fat loss, you need a calorie deficit. ✅
For muscle growth, you need resistance training, enough protein, and consistency. ✅

For better health, you need to move, eat well, sleep, recover, and build sustainable habits.

Yes, medications and peptides can be valuable tools for some people, especially when they help manage appetite or food noise.

But they don’t change the fundamentals.

The tools change.
The trends change.
The fundamentals don’t.🤷🏽‍♂️

Stop chasing the next shortcut.
Master the basics. Stay consistent. Get results.

Currently at FTC getting my workout DONE.

And just to clear something up—the rumors that the gym is closed are completely untrue. I’m here, I’m training, and this community is still going strong.

One unhinged person with hate in their heart will NEVER take this community down. There’s too much love, loyalty, hard work, and history here for that.

FTC FOR LIFE. YES.

Thank you guys for always having my back, supporting me, pushing me, and helping me continue to crush my goals. I love this community and everyone who continues to stand behind it.

If there’s one thing we wish more people knew when starting their fitness journey, it’s this:

You don’t have to change everything at once. 🤍

You don’t need the perfect diet.
You don’t need to work out 6 days a week.
You don’t need to give up the foods you love.
And you definitely don’t need to start over every Monday.

You need a plan that fits your life—and the patience to let small, consistent changes add up.

Because the goal was never to be “perfect.”

The goal is to build habits that you can actually maintain when life gets busy, stressful, messy, and everything doesn’t go according to plan.

That’s what Unfinished Lifestyle is all about.

No quick fixes. No fad diets. No one-size-fits-all approach.

Just personalized nutrition, training, and coaching designed around you and your life.

It’s not a diet. It’s a lifestyle. 💪🏼

Ready to stop starting over? Send us a DM and let’s talk about what your plan could look like.
