WHAT. A. DAY. 🖤 A huge THANK YOU to NorthBound & Co. for bringing Flash Forward: Ink to Impact to Pocono Mountain Harley-Davidson and allowing us to be part of such an incredible event centered around recovery, community, connection, and giving back.

A special thank you to Eli and ALL of the talented tattoo artists who came out today and spent the day putting ink to impact. We appreciate every one of you who donated your time and talent to support this cause.

Thank you to all of the vendors, food trucks, our DJ, the Pocono Mountain H.O.G. Chapter, and all of the volunteers for helping make today possible.

And most importantly, THANK YOU to everyone who showed up. Whether you got tattooed, took the sober ride, stopped by a vendor, grabbed some food, took a spin on the mechanical bull, donated, or simply came out to support NorthBound & Co., you were part of something bigger today.

We are incredibly grateful to have hosted Flash Forward and to see so many people come together for an organization doing meaningful work right here in our community.

Thank you, NorthBound & Co., for an amazing day. We can’t wait to do it again!

Final half marathon post from end of May in San Diego. 🌊

This year has held a lot of change — a lot of positive change.

A lot of “wow, I never would have done that before and I’m so glad I did” moments.

A lot less worrying. A lot less focusing on things I can’t control.

Just like when you’re on a run — it’s only the moment you have. Keep breathing. One foot in front of the other. Be fully present, right now.

I truly believe the best years are ahead, because it just keeps getting better. Or I keep getting better? I don’t know, but I think it’s a combination of both. 🤍

So here’s to more adventures and more amazing moments with friends, family, and future friends and family in 2026 and beyond!

Life is good when you’re good.
