The REASON he hits .600… 🤯⚾️

This summer, he’s hitting over .600, has won Player of the Game in two different tournaments, and just ran a 6.6 60-yard dash.

That didn’t happen by accident.

✅ Every sprint has a purpose.
✅ Every lift builds explosive power.
✅ Every drill is designed to transfer directly to game performance.

He’s training with the same speed system that helped me become one of the fastest players in college baseball and eventually sign with the New York Mets.

We’re not just trying to make him faster.

We’re building the kind of athlete coaches trust, opponents notice, and teammates count on.

If you’re a high school or college player, your offseason can either separate you from everyone else... or leave you behind.

The choice is yours.

Comment or DM “SPEED” if you’re ready to become faster, more explosive, and make this your best season yet. ⚡️

Ah, graduation!! Posting some of my faves. I did my best to soak in every moment ‼️

Legend,

Graduating from high school #cumelaude is a BIG deal, congratulations! 🎉 Your dedication, hard work & perseverance is extremely admirable. Your commitment to your grades, your involvement in basketball 🏀 & baseball ⚾️ & your ability to balance it all have truly paid off.

These school years may have been long for you but short for me 🥹 It wasn’t that long ago you would put on your favorite blue muscle shirt, your batman cape with your sword just to go to the grocery store with me.

I’ve seen you grow through the hardest of times personally & as well as with our family. You have learned to forge lasting friendships with some of the best kiddos (whose moms will forever be my baseball sisters) & I pray you all will KIT!!

In this next chapter of your life, I am super confident that you will continue to stride & make a positive impact on the world. This is just the beginning of a new journey filled with endless opportunities & limitless possibilities. Embrace the challenges that lie ahead with the same determination that has brought you this far.

You are my favorite son & I am wishing you all the best as you spread your wings & soar toward new horizons. I am proud of the person you’ve become.

Love always,
Mommy

We were invited to @museumoficecream in Boston. What a great time! 🍨

Here’s what to love:

🍦Eat UNLIMITED ice cream
🍧LEARN Through Interactive Installations
🍦CREATE Unforgettable Memories
🍧PLAY in Magical Spaces

The experience typically takes about 90 minutes (or longer if you’re savoring every moment) & encourages visitors to explore. We could have stayed all day. The lobster ice cream is unforgettable‼️🦞

If you are looking for a super fun experience for the kiddos this summer, check out @museumoficecream (you can thank me later 😉)

📍Located in Seaport at 115 Seaport Blvd, Boston, MA 0221
(other locations: New York City, Singapore, Miami, Chicago)
