What an amazing weekend we had at the Bell Buckle Craft fair. I did NOT expect to have people searching for us, recognizing us, let alone selling out of everything!

It’s amazing what difference just one year makes. Last year nobody knew us. I took time off from doing vendor markets this year to focus on growing the business in other ways, but I told myself I’d do the Bell Buckle craft fair because it’s always been successful and it’s where we live (the 10min drive is a motivator lol).

I personally made over 240 jars of fudge by myself. That’s 2 hours per batch (and each batch only makes 20-30 jars 😭), plus another hour per batch for wiping down jars, putting on the lids, then labeling, tamper sealing, and dating the jars. You can do the math! 😵‍💫 That doesn’t count the time going to secure supplies, designing and printing marketing materials, and even cleaning everything up between batches! Safe to say I’m exhausted, but it was worth it. It always is.

Next step, hiring help for 2027 when we find a new commercial kitchen to call home. I cannot do it alone anymore! A great problem to have.

Thanks to my ever supportive husband @cloudmotorsports for joining me for the two 10hr days helping give out samples (even after he had a 40+ hour work week at his own business). Thanks to Szinpadi Farms Market in Bell Buckle for blessing us with a fantastic spot off Main Street, and thanks to ANYONE who came out to support and say hello. It made my year!

If you haven’t tried the new flavors yet, go grab em! You won’t regret it!

The fudge cartel told me to stick to traditional blocks. They said the world wasn’t ready for a spoon. But I couldn’t keep living a lie 🤫🥄 But @fudgefairyco is reinventing a traditional treat. Grab your spoon and check the link in our bio to finally try some for yourself.

*parody: if there is a fudge cartel, and you see this, it’s a joke 😆

If you’ve been following my updates with my business @fudgefairyco, you know how much love goes into these jars. But today’s launch is extra special. Key Lime Pie 🍋‍🟩✨ is officially live! It’s the very first flavor I ever made before FF existed, and it’s still my absolute favorite.

To be honest, I wasn’t even going to do a summer seasonal. Behind the scenes, I’ve spent months trying to find a co-packer to help scale, but finding the right fit without sacrificing our signature taste has been incredibly tough. I chose to pause the scaling process because I refuse to compromise on quality, but I loved this flavor too much to let the season pass.

From running test batches and designing labels (shoutout to my designer Athena) to literally re-coding the website at 3 AM last night, running a one-woman show is wild. It’s not an overnight viral success story, but I’m grateful to learn as I go and build this at my own pace.

My actual heart and soul went into this one. The custom box builder is updated on the site, so grab a flight and let me know what you think! 🍋‍🟩✨

Ps- There are no limes left at the Walmart in Shelbyville, TN. I got em all.

Sometimes the best ideas are happy accidents. 🤷‍♀️✨

When I first started @fudgefairyco, I was trying to make traditional, cut-into-squares fudge. Somewhere along the line, I completely messed up the process. It didn’t set right, the texture was totally different, and I thought the whole batch was a failure.

Then I grabbed a spoon and tasted it. Mind. Blown. 🤯
That “mistake” became our signature Spoonable Fudge!

And boy do people LOVE it 🤤😋

It just goes to show that sometimes things don’t go according to plan because a better plan is waiting for you.

What’s a “mistake” you’ve made that turned out to be a massive win? Tell me in the comments! 👇

As always if you want to taste spoonable fudge yourself, link is in bio to order!

Still not over this weekend at the Music City Drum Show 🥁❤️

On Saturday, we popped up at the @sjccustomdrums booth with my business @fudgefairyco, and it was such a full circle moment for me.

I’ve been playing SJC drums since I was about 16, and to have both of my worlds, drumming and fudge, collide like this was something really special.

I got to reconnect with old friends, meet new ones, and share the thing I’ve been pouring my heart into. We sold so much fudge (thank you!!), but what hit me even more was the support. I was honestly emotional all day just feeling surrounded by people who believe in me.

Huge thank you to @jeffmenig and @sjccustomdrums for not just supporting one of your artists, but an artist with a small business and a big dream. You made this happen, and I’m so grateful.

🫶 To celebrate, use code SJCFAMILY all week for free shipping on orders over $25 at fudgefairyco.com ✨
