Same goes for hiking and cycling (I know I've already made this video for cycling but people loved it so here we are 😜)

Also, as a disclaimer because people got so offended in the cycling video, this is my friend @fuelmyrun! She agreed to be filmed. She is not a random stranger. I don't film random strangers lol.

And I have to credit my girl @run_sabrina who did the OG of this video already last year! She's hilarious. Follow her.

Lastly,I just have to say that Big Sur is a race that if you never done it,what are you waiting for???views are unbelievable! #sexypace or #crazypace it doesn’t matter! bam!!

You know what’s hard? Staying motivated throughout training. But you know what’s harder? Not trusting yourself to go for things that are hard work. The harder a goal is to achieve, the more it is worth it in the end.

Stick to the training. Trust the process. Consistency wins. Intrinsic motivation moves the needle. It’s what lasts when extrinsic gratification goes away. Do it for you and know your why.

Oh btw… I ran a marathon. In case you didn’t hear.” 🏃‍♀️😅 @themiamimarathon

26.2 miles is more than a number. For me, this journey started almost accidentally with an impromptu Turkey Trot in November 28, 2024 (my birthday). That led to the Lululemon 10K in May 2025… some mini races in between and then a 26-week training plan that somehow carried me all the way to the Miami Marathon on January 25, 2026.

I chose Miami because it’s my home town. Running my first marathon through the city that raised me across the causeways, along Biscayne Bay, in the heat and humidity made this experience even more meaningful. Miami showed up loud, challenging, and beautiful, just like the journey itself.

Marathons are hard… physically, mentally, emotionally; but they are also incredibly achievable when you commit to yourself and keep showing up, even on the days you don’t feel ready.

Crossing that finish line meant more than I expected. 😭 This wasn’t just about running. It was about finishing something I started, even when life felt heavy, messy, and uncertain.

Thank you to my three favorite people in the world for showing up and supporting me it truly meant more than you know. 🤍

And thank you to @runna and @lululemon for supporting me throughout training and race day feeling prepared, confident, and comfortable made all the difference.

As for what’s next… I’m letting myself dream a little. London 2027 might be calling 👀✨
For now, I’m taking things day by day but I know staying physically fit and chasing big goals will always be part of my life.

Proud. Grateful. Still processing that I actually did this. 🏅✨ ps. Excuse my chonkey self 🥐🤣 I had carb loaded a whole lot with the help of @honeystinger @guenergylabs and my favorite @publix croissants! @drinklmnt
