Our Original Glaze is the perfect sweet heat for anything you can think of on your grill, smoker or griddle. We’ve had a lot of folks say they’d like to see this product in Central Market, so we’ll see if we can make that happen. If you’d like to see our Glaze in stores we’re not in yet, please let us know where in the comments!

Every sauce has a story:

Starting from the far left, this is a bbq sauce we manufacture for our good friend, @smokeshack. He used to give me a spare key to his kitchen in the early days so I could make pepper jam after hours.

Next up is our Original Glaze, which was the idea of BBQ guru, Andy Lugo, who said I should try and make that same original pepper jam into a glaze. After a lot of trial and error, it worked. Since then, it’s helped The Shed BBQ win 1st place wings at Memphis in May and become a bbq staple.

Our Prickly Pear BBQ Sauce is probably my favorite product we make and took me 14 months to develop. Real Prickly Pear that we handpick in South Texas goes in every single bottle.

Last, our Cranberry Pepper Sauce was created solely from the fact that I thought all cranberry sauces suck and the world needed a better one 😝.

All still handmade in Texas, y’all.

🔥 Introducing our newest creation: Spicy Prickly Pear Simple Syrup 🌵🌶️

We took our fan-favorite Original and added a subtle kick from Chile Pequin peppers plus a touch of sea salt for the perfect balance of sweet, heat, and flavor.

Handmade in Texas, this versatile syrup shines in cocktails, mocktails, marinades, dressings and more. Whether you’re behind the bar or in the kitchen, it’s an easy way to turn up the flavor.
