REAL MEN ARE ALWAYS THINKING ABOUT THE NEXT MOVE.

Sometimes the most important business meetings you’ll ever have are the ones where nobody else is in the room.

No phone calls.
No employees.
No customers.
No noise.

Just you, your thoughts, your vision—and the question:

“What’s my next move?”

Real men understand that building something meaningful requires more than working hard. It requires contemplation, strategy, calculated risk, and the courage to evolve.

I’m constantly thinking about the next business move. The next opportunity. The next relationship. The next collaboration. The next way to create value. The next way to turn one business into multiple streams and eventually build something bigger than any single company.

Because there comes a point where you stop thinking only about making money and start thinking about building an empire that can outlive you.

But here’s the part nobody sees…

Before the announcement comes the silence.

Before the deal comes the thinking.

Before the expansion comes the uncertainty.

Before the breakthrough comes countless conversations with yourself asking:

“Is this the right move?”

A Real Man doesn’t make every move impulsively. He sits with it. He studies it. He prays about it. He weighs the risk. He seeks wisdom. And when the time comes to move…

HE MOVES WITH CONVICTION.

So if you catch me sitting by the fire staring into the distance, understand something:

I’m probably not doing nothing.

I’m building something in my head before I build it in the real world.

The next chapter is always being written.

Stay hungry. Stay strategic. Keep building.

Be A Beast, Not A B*tch 🫡

IF YOU KNEW HOW MANY PEOPLE WIN WHEN I WIN…YOU’D UNDERSTAND WHY MY AMBITION WAS NEVER ABOUT GREED.

Some people will look at your ambition and call it ego.

They’ll see the long hours.
The obsession.
The sacrifices.
The early mornings and late nights.
The unwillingness to settle.

And they’ll assume you’re chasing money, recognition, or status.

But a man with a bigger purpose understands something different:

When I become better, the people around me have an opportunity to become better.

When I build a stronger business, families eat.

When I create opportunities, somebody gets a chance to change their financial future.

When I become a stronger leader, I can develop stronger leaders.

When I refuse to quit, my children and the people watching me learn what perseverance looks like.

When I increase my capacity, I increase my ability to GIVE, SERVE, LEAD, EMPLOY, PROVIDE, and IMPACT.

That’s why I refuse to apologize for wanting MORE.

More growth.
More discipline.
More responsibility.
More success.
More impact.

Because MORE IN THE HANDS OF THE RIGHT MAN CAN BLESS A LOT OF PEOPLE.

There’s a massive difference between greed and ambition with purpose.

Greed says: “I need more for me.”

Purpose says: “I need to become more because people are counting on me.”

Real men don’t just ask:

“How successful can I become?”

They ask:

“How many people can become successful because I refused to stay where I was?”

Keep building.
Keep grinding.
Keep becoming.

And when God increases your territory, make damn sure you bring people with you.

BE A BEAST. NOT A B*TCH 🫡

🎙️ 64+ EPISODES LATER… I REALIZED I WAS NEVER REALLY RECORDING A PODCAST.

I was recording the evolution of a man.

The wins.

The failures.

The money made.

The money lost.

The people who stayed.

The people who disappeared.

The relationships that taught me lessons.

The mistakes I had to own.

The moments I felt unstoppable…

And the moments I questioned everything.

For 64+ episodes of The Real Man Project, I’ve sat behind this microphone talking about discipline, leadership, faith, relationships, business, accountability, success and failure.

But here’s what nobody tells you:

Sometimes you’re teaching the lesson while you’re still living through it yourself.

I’ve talked about discipline while fighting my own battles with discipline.

I’ve talked about leadership while learning painful lessons about leading people.

I’ve talked about faith during seasons when God seemed quiet.

I’ve talked about getting back up while life was actively trying to knock me down.

And THAT is why it’s called The REAL Man Project.

Not the Perfect Man Project.

Not the I’ve-Got-Everything-Figured-Out Project.

THE REAL MAN PROJECT.

Because becoming a man isn’t about never failing.

It’s about what you do AFTER YOU FAIL.

Do you blame everyone else?

Do you become the victim?

Do you quit?

Or do you look in the mirror and say:

“What is this trying to teach me?”

Success will reveal you.

Failure will expose you.

Pain will humble you.

Adversity will develop you.

And God can use ALL OF IT to build you.

At 44, I’m still learning.

Still building.

Still failing.

Still winning.

Still evolving.

And still getting behind this microphone because somewhere there is another man going through a chapter I’ve already survived.

Maybe he needs to hear:

BROTHER, THIS ISN’T THE END OF YOUR STORY.

Get back up.

Take responsibility.

Learn the lesson.

Trust God.

Do the work.

And become the man the struggle was trying to create.

64+ episodes down.

We’re just getting started.

EXPLOSIVE WORK

Strength gives you the ability to produce force. Explosive training teaches you how to produce that force FAST.

Lower-body power isn’t just about jumping higher or moving more weight. It’s about learning to absorb force, stabilize, and then express it efficiently.

That’s why I incorporate explosive movements into training—not just to build stronger legs, but to improve:
- Rate of force development
- Power & acceleration
- Coordination
- Force transfer
- Athletic movement

The goal isn’t to just be strong.

The goal is to be strong, stable, and explosive when it matters.

Train movement. Train power. Train with purpose.

Train Hard… Train Smart

IT’S YOU VS YOU.

The hardest fight you’ll ever face isn’t with your competition.

It’s not with your boss, your ex-wife, your circumstances, your bank account, or the guy who’s winning on social media.

It’s the man staring back at you in the mirror.

Every single day, you have two choices.

You can become the man God called you to be—or you can make another excuse.

The truth is, nobody is coming to save you.

No one is going to wake up early for you.

No one is going to hit the gym for you.

No one is going to build your business, lead your family, protect your children, or fight your battles for you.

That responsibility belongs to the man in the mirror.

At The Real Man Project, we believe real men aren’t born—they’re built.

Through discipline.
Through sacrifice.
Through consistency.
Through showing up on the days when you don’t feel like it.

The mirror doesn’t lie.

It knows if you’re giving 100%.
It knows if you’re quitting when things get hard.
It knows if you’ve been settling for average.
It knows whether you’re leading or making excuses.

Stop comparing yourself to everyone else.

Become obsessed with becoming a better version of YOU.

Fight the man you were yesterday. Beat him tomorrow. Repeat that process every single day.

The battle isn’t out there.

IT’S YOU VS YOU.

Be a Beast, Not a B*tch.

Once Track season was over for @eli5walker we started right away into a bulk!

The past few months were about adding quality size, building strength, and preparing his body for the next level.
Now, with just 6 weeks until he reports to Baldwin Wallace University in Ohio, the focus shifts.

No more general training.

Now it’s corner-specific.

Every sprint, every cut, every backpedal, every change of direction, and every collision is programmed to match the demands of his position. The goal isn’t just to arrive bigger and stronger—it’s to arrive ready to compete.
The weight room builds the engine. Sport-specific training teaches it how to perform.

Building more than muscle 💪 Train Smart…Train Hard
