Luv these ladies!😜👍🏽❤️🔥They’re amazing! Always giving me their best! Last week we went heavy 3 sets 5-6 reps...today we went with speed, power!👍🏽It’s great to be strong but if you can’t move resistance quickly, or put on the brakes and change direction quickly...as an athlete what’s the point?🤔 We’ve got to be able to transfer what you do in the weight room to the court, field, or pool.✊🏽🔥🔥Don’t focus on being a weight room all star, be an all star in your sport! Better everyday baby! 2 Claps 👏🏽👏🏽
-Alan😜👍🏽 Ps. These are college athletes you ladies in middle school and high school...strength and conditioning is mandatory at the next level...for ALL SPORTS! Now is the time to prepare for the next level. Now! Zero excuses!
