your new favorite morning ☕️

the perfect summer iced latte:
🍓🥛 1/3 glass of strawberry milk ( @jdcountrymilk may be the best ever)
🍯 splash of maple syrup or honey (to sweeten things up)
🫙 a couple dashes of cinnamon
💪 add a quarter scoop of vanilla protein powder (currently using orgain)
🧊 fill glass with ice
☕️ pour over your shot or two of espresso (quills blacksmith espresso beans are a local favorite)

enjoy responsibly ✨
