Heartbroken not to be playing the weekend at a tournament that, in many ways, is starting to feel like my home Open.

This one hurts.

There are so many positive signs in my game, and I genuinely feel like things are moving in the right direction. But the reality is that I’m still not executing well enough in certain areas when it matters most.

I’m trying to put everything into perspective. It’s not always easy, but I know it’s the only way forward.

It’s been a good season, one of my best so far, but the competitor in me will always want more. That’s just who I am. I find myself looking at the disappointing results, searching for answers, trying to understand what I can do better and how I can keep growing.

My dreams are still very much alive, and I truly believe I can get there. My dedication, hard work and discipline have always been my anchors, and I trust that sooner or later, things will turn around.

Control what you can control. That’s always been my motto.

But sometimes I do ask myself… Am I trying too hard? Should I ease up a little? It’s a difficult balance to find because when I commit to something, I give it absolutely everything.

And maybe that’s both the beauty and the beast of this sport.

Golf never stops humbling you. You can arrive at a tournament feeling amazing, confident, prepared, believing you have everything under control… and then golf reminds you that nothing is ever truly under control.

At this level, you have to be sharp, present and fearless in every single moment. There is no room to switch off.

But through all the frustration, the disappointment and the questions, one thing hasn’t changed: my belief.

I love this game, I love the challenge, and I’m not going to stop chasing what I know I’m capable of.

I BELIEVE MY BEST DAYS ARE STILL AHEAD OF ME! ❤️

Madrid, thank you for making me feel so loved and supported. It means more than you know.
