Same wedding but 4 different ways to use greenery

1 . Bring in potted plants to help define a zone

2. Add branchy greenery to existing structures to add cohesiveness and ambience

3. Use loose greenery between arrangements and candles to add texture, interest, and romance to tablescape

4. Layer greenery into arch design for volume, interest, and style

We love the versatility of our couples and how each one of them has a different vision that allows us to find their own little piece of heaven. 🤍✨

Evan and Olivia wanted their beautiful ceremony to be surrounded by the most important people in their lives, while also enjoying all the natural beauty that Puerto Vallarta has to offer. 🌊☀️🌿

Simple, intimate, and surrounded by paradise. What more could you ask for? 🥹🤍

That breath before the ceremony. The calm that comes from knowing your wedding planner has anticipated every detail and from knowing you can be fully present, not worried, not rushed, just here. This is what stress-free destination wedding planning looks and feels like. It's not luck. It's intention. It's knowing Puerto Vallarta. It's knowing the language. It's knowing the tried and true vendors that will go above and beyond. It's knowing Mexico and it's culture and it's knowing how to make it all come together. One question I get asked often is: "How do we pull off a destination wedding without going crazy?"

The answer? You don't pull it off alone.

Destination weddings feel stressful from a distance — legalities you don't know, vendors you've never met, logistics that shift overnight. I see couples lose sleep over things that take me a phone call or a quick visit to fix.

That's the whole point of having someone here on the ground. Someone who knows the language, the venues, the vendors, the weather patterns — who knows what can go wrong, and stops it before it does.

Your wedding should feel effortless. That's not a luxury. That's the baseline.

Let's talk about how we make that happen. DM me, or send me an email at: barbara@wedvallarta.com

Sayulita bridal hair and makeup, designed for two things: to be perfectly YOU, and last through a full day of photos, dancing and celebrating with your people. 🤍

This look: a chic play on a twist, perfectly suited to Miss C’s elegant yet understated style — created for her wedding day at Frente el Punto, right on the beach in Sayulita. We create every look around the climate and the environment it has to survive, not just how it looks in the mirror before the ceremony.
We use products that work best in this area, specifically with the Sayulita environment in mind and built to last through sun, sweat, and dancing(lots of dancing!)

Nine women, nine updos, zero stress. Keeping a full bridal party on time takes a team that knows the ins and outs of the day and the climate — and knows how to work efficiently without ever rushing the details.

This is what we do. And we love every second of it ❤️
