I have put off posting this for quite a while. But I realized even though it’s gonna be so hard, you have to move onto your next adventure in life.

I know people have heard me say this a billion times before, but drill has been the greatest blessing I’ve ever received. I wouldn’t trade these past 4 years for anything in the world. Sure it can be very challenging and difficult. At the same time all your hair is falling out from slick backs. But in the end, I have loved every second of it. All those 6AM practices I thought I hated, all those workouts I wanted to quit in the middle of, all the yelling and crying… but really looking back, It made me into the person I am today.

Coaches -
I’ve had many different coaches over the past 4 years and each and every one of you guys has taught me things I will take with me forever. Thank you for pushing us that last and final run. Thank you for the burpees. Thank you for being there when any of us needs to talk. I appreciate every hour you guys put into this amazing program. Thank you coaches for giving me people to look up to for the rest of my life. I love you all 🤍🤍🤍

My teammates -
I’ve gotten to know so many girls over my time on drill. And I could tell you an amazing story on each and every one of them. You guys are my rock, my best friends, my life long sisters. All those hours of screaming from coaches but you all still find a way to make eachother smile. What would I do without my 30 new best friends every year. All the laughs all the memories, all the cry’s and all the blood, all the pictures and all the time we spent together will forever have a special place in my heart. It’s never goodbye it will always be a see ya later. Because the bond we have is something I’ve never seen anywhere else. I can’t even explain how much I love you guys, so I guess you’ll just have to envision it. I love you guys ❤️❤️❤️

Senior year on drill!
Man, have I been avoiding posting this. I can't believe that it's time to close this chapter of my life. Over the last 4 years, I have spent most of my time with these girls. Whether that was at a fundraiser, a practice, a team party, or simply hanging out. I was always with them, and I couldn't believe that I won't be there to see it all next year. These girls taught me everything! They taught me how to be a friend, what it means to have a second family, and most of all, how to be a good leader. I couldn't have gotten through all 4 years without you guys. I can't express how happy and sad I am with this door closing! However, with this, I get to experience new opportunities, and I am so grateful for what drill has taught me. If you ever want something, you have to be willing to work hard. Nothing in life is ever easy, but once you get to your goal, everything is worth it.

For all of my coaches over the years, thank you for teaching me how to dance. Thank you for believing in me. Without you guys, the team wouldn't have grown to where we are now. For that, I am so grateful.
