Rooftop Pilates, breathwork, red light therapy, good company, and a beautiful sunset ✨ Y’all Pilates girls are no joke! Took my first class today, and it was definitely not as easy as I imagined. 😂 Ty @theroots.co for such a fun event!

Taste. Feel. Sound. Touch. Sight

We curated a night designed to awaken the senses while giving back to our incredible @theshineprojectfoundation community. ✨

Nights like this—and the support of our amazing community partners—allow us to continue offering free resources and creating meaningful, rejuvenating experiences for our caregivers.

This past weekend was a reminder of what happens when care is actually prioritized.

Not just talked about. Not just saved for one day.
Built into real moments, real communities, and real support.

Starting with a giveback event for @bsfsoutherncalifornia with @kendrascott,
to a the 5k superhero run supporting @miraclebabies,
and wrapping up the weekend with 25 moms receiving intentional care from @theshineprojectfoundation.

This is what it looks like to build a culture of care. And our hearts are full. 🧡

Mother’s Day is a moment that reminds us what really matters. And it can also be a starting point for showing up in more meaningful, consistent ways.

If you’re still hoping to show up for a mom or mother figure in your life, there’s still time to make it meaningful.

And if you’re part of an organization that wants to create moments like this… let’s build it together. ✨
