Think of your transformation in months and years

Not days and weeks….you do see quick fat loss at times

But to transform your physique it takes a muscle building or multiple

When Ryan came in to work with me a couple of years ago he was new to gym training

So over our time he started from scratch

He has learned to train properly

How to manage his nutrition

How to factor in events

And now we are here

Exciting thing is now everything is place it’s time to build even further

But his acceptance that it takes time and not just a quick hit diet

Is why he is where he is now!

Really proud of Ryan’s journey and how he has applied himself

This could be you too but be ready to be in it for the long haul

Yes of course most transformations will start with a fat loss stage so you will see quick ‘results’

But that is just the start

And if your ready to change then I’m here ready to facilitate

Message me ‘Transform’ and let’s have a convo about where you are now and how we would set all of this up 💪

How does Dominate in 8 work if its an online program?

Ask Ryan…..

We have been working together a while now me and Ryan, he has worked so hard

Continued to learn along the way and has become a totally different man because of it

You can too!

Oh yeah….Ryan live in Boston in the USA

You have all the tools to transform no matter where you are in the world

When we started working together it was on one of the early iterations of the RRR plan

And now we are here

If he didn’t start when he did, he wouldn’t be where he is now

And that is exactly why you need to be on that Priority list when spaces open on the 25th September

Comment ‘Priority’ and lets get you on that list now! Because the space will go!

Dominate in 8 has arrived

For the last 6 years we have ran the Refuel, Rebuild and Reignite program that has been the catalyst for some absolutely life changing transformations

Not just from a physique perspective but from a what is possible perspective too

But now we take this up a whole big f*ck off level!!!!

So Dominate in 8 has been created to get you the absolute best physical transformation possible over an 8 week period

Will it be easy?….no

But will it be worthwhile?.....well if you are sick of looking in the mirror and hating what you see, constantly stopping and starting, never truly knowing if you are making progress, than abso’f*cking’lutely!!!!

Best thing as well is because this is our first time running this it will be at an introductory rate

8 weeks of coaching to get you in the better shape than you thought imaginable

For £99

This is for anyone who get it when the Early Bird offer goes live on Friday 25th Sept

I honestly cannot emphasize this enough

Do not f*cking wait until you think you know it all

Because you never will

Jump out the plane and find the parachute on the way down…..don’t actually do that because its dumb as shit

But don’t be waiting for perfect conditions or understanding

Or until you don’t have anything on because you will be waiting a long f*cking time and looking in 12 months thinking ‘I wish I got started last year’

In fact not one single person I work with says ‘yeah it was great but I wish I started next year though’

Take this legend Ryan…..

When he started with me he was unsure of exactly what to be focused on

Not 100% of what to be doing in the gym or with his food

But over our time together he has learned and implemented

He didn’t wait to work it out first

He reached out, had a plan built for him in line with where he was so he could progress to where he is now

Now he knows how to train, how to eat, how to navigate social events

And is starting to look absolutely unreal

Why? Because he didn’t f*ck about and just got going

Is it time you stopped f*cking about to? If so I have put together a FREE physique transformation guide, that if you follow will have you feeling incredible….want it? Hit the link in my bio or DM ‘Guide’ and I will fire it over 💪

You have to believe you can do it and be willing to commit to the future version of yourself

Sometimes I think that people sign up with a coach or join a program and think….this is it they will sort me out

A coach can only give you the tools and support….the change has to come from you and no one else

But when you do accept this and know that you no longer want to feel frustrated and pissed off

Then it is your time

This change can happen quicker when you don’t try the hacks and shortcuts, do it the right way

With proper guidance that is individual to you

If your going on holiday in August there is still time to make a huge physical change but time is running out on that

So before you ‘go keto’ three weeks before you go, get in my inbox instead and lets get that summer body sorted

Ps. after that we will get you jacked for Christmas but lets get you trim first

Everyone has their own story

Their own reason for wanting to better themselves

For Ryan it all stemmed from confidence……

Have listen to his story because he says it all so much better than I can

He is proof of the power of social media when it is used for good!

The fact that my coaching can change peoples lives for the better anywhere in the world is absolutely incredible

And not something I take for granted

I am proud of Ryan and how far he has come

From an unsure beginner in the gym to confident in his physique and miind

F*cking brilliant stuff

It can all change with one conversation….as Ryan said

‘It works for me and it can work for you!’

And it really can….want to get started? Message me saying ‘hello’ because thats how humans talk 🤷‍♂️

You’re not supposed to know it all….

So don’t quit after a few weeks when you don’t have it all figured out

You might have an idea of how to train

An idea of how to eat

An idea of how to track food

An idea of how you will feel

But not to the detail necessary to strip body fat and build quality muscle

But if you wait to know it all, you will be waiting forever because there’s always more to learn

Or just watching rage bait on social media, wondering what the hell to do

Get started and learn as you go

Have a willingness to learn and implement then you will get there

Just don’t ask it off when you’re unsure

This is where Ryan was when we started working together

A huge willingness to learn and adapt

And to start out it was a learning curve

But learning over time how to train intensely with progression

Learning how to structure food and track

How to incorporate meals out and social events

What to do when work hours ramp up

But most importantly being accountable when he has self doubt

That’s why he is where he is now!

Literally a different person physically and more confident than ever

But he has the mentality to keep moving forward

This is what it takes

So stop quitting at every stumbling block

Be like Ryan and adapt while you learn

Proud of you mate!!!!

If you don’t know where to start and your lost, I know a guy that ca hep 👋

I find it amazing that not only do I get to do this job as a living

But also to help impact people from the other side of the world

When I started out, I hoped maybe if I can help a few guys locally I could build something

But to have clients over in the States and Canada currently is mind blowing to me

When people say to me ‘I need someone in the gym with me to keep me motivated’

I understand but at some point you need to be able to do it without someone counting your reps

Coaching is so much more than that to me…..

Don’t get me wrong there’s coaches out there that are very clear….it’s here is your plan and crack on

But being there to help the guys through tough times

Give them my insight on navigating their physical and mental health when it gets too much

Making plans that work within their life

And truly trying to make them see what they are capable of is what is important to me

Because I know you want to be heard and listened to

Not just told….’well you don’t want it enough’

If you are held back because you are worried about what you have coming up or if you can stick to it, then please just reach out and let’s have a chat because I would love to help you bridge that gap!

The Right Coaching Starts Where YOU Are

Too many people think they need to get in shape before they start coaching.

Like they need to already be fit, already be eating perfectly, already know what they’re doing in the gym… That’s not how this works.

A good coach meets you where you are.

Understands your current level.

Works with your schedule, your challenges, your lifestyle.

Then we grow together.

That’s exactly what Ryan has done.

When we first started, he was putting the work in but needed structure, direction, and accountability.

Fast forward and he’s levelled up in every single way.

✅ Training is more structured, more progressive, and he’s stronger than ever
✅ Nutrition is locked in and works for him, not against him
✅ Mindset? Shifted. No more doubt, just pure belief in what he’s capable of
✅ Confidence? Through the roof, and it’s showing in every aspect of his life

He never misses a check-in.
He listens, he learns, and he applies.
And the results speak for themselves.

Ryan—I’m proud as hell of you, mate. And this is only the beginning.

Great guy and a pleasure to work with 💪

🤯 Opportunity: For Just 10 people… 🤯

I'm going to take just ten guys who want to blast body fat, get strong and unleash incredible confidence…

...through my ONE-time 10 week “New Year Kickstart” Transformation Special 👊

[without having to do endless hours of boring cardio, ditch ANY of your favourite foods or give up events…]

This is NOT for…

❌ People who want to sacrifice what they love to achieve incredible results in 2024…

❌ People who want to work out 7x days a week or HOURS at a time like a maniac…

❌ People who are happy to fall straight back to square one after the program…

This IS for…

✅ Someone who's truly ready to take action starting Monday (it’s been put off long enough - the new year is here - we’re taking action now!)

✅ Someone whose goals are to achieve a body transformation like never before (without hours of cardio, a ‘diet’ that removes half of your favourites OR a complete U-turn on your lifestyle)

✅ Someone who wants their results to stick long after you hit your goal physique (Hey, we want banging results - but we’ll get there with a simple system you’ll WANT to continue with after we’re done 👊)

NOTE: this does NOT mean you’ll be in any kind of restrictive diet across the next 10 weeks but it DOES mean you’ll be in substantially better shape 10 weeks from now - rolling right in to summer the most confident version of yourself to date ☀️🤯

…and love the new you and new simple routine so much you’ll NEVER go backwards ever again!

I will choose the ten based upon who I believe will get the very best RESULTS and be the most fun to work with across the 10 weeks!

DM me the word "INTERESTED" now and I'll send you all the details 😘

Weekly debrief

Really fucking enjoyed this week!!

After the hectic week of bringing in new legends into the Refuel, Rebuild and Reignite program this week I made sure I shifted down the gears slightly.

On Wednesday myself and my good lady went to see Michael Buble and he was fucking superb, absolute class act and incredible live.

Also, on Friday for the first time in many years I donned the goalkeeper gloves and really enjoyed it, so that's me back playing football on a regular basis for sure!

You know what, it’s taken time to adjust but between my family life, training, wrestling, football and coaching I am at what I would call balance in the sense that I have multiple areas of my life that are thriving.

This comes from understanding your values and working towards them….

This is something I have been working on extensively whilst working alongside Total Mental Performance and on Wednesday I will be on their incredible Podcast to share my story, which is a fucking honour.

From a training perspective I have come away from the bodybuilder style of training and concentrating on my overall strength and athletic performance and I feel incredible!

Gone from eating 6 times a day to 3.

I have said it many times but what worked for us as youngsters doesn’t work for us now and trying to force a square peg in a round hole will only make you feel disappointed at the end of the day.

A lesson I have learned massively!

Within Refuel, Rebuild and Reignite….

It is Craig's first full week as Head of Physical Performance and he delivered his first training masterclass on Tuesday and it went down a storm.

The team is already benefiting from his wealth of knowledge.

Shann, Ryan, Alex, Lee, Jamie, Justin and Paul have all completed their first and second week in the program and they are already crushing it , getting stronger and feeling fucking great!

Some massive wins for some other guys in the team aswell…

Like Chris who who has not only lost 3 stone since joining the program but smashed his Park Run time yesterday by 30 seconds and comfortably broke the 25 minute mark

Will who has crushed his PB in the deadlift by 5kg.
