🌵Arizona's Strongest Man 2026🌵

I'm so happy placing 5th in the heaviest show I've ever done @arizonasstrongestman 2026! What an insanely fun day of lifting heavy with the gym fam.

Axle Overhead: 265lbs for 1
Deadlift: 540lbs for 3
Fingal's Finger: 295lbs for 7
Power Stairs: 365lbs & 415lbs
Atlas Stones: 275lbs, 285lbs too gassed for the rest

Thank you to all of the amazing people for making this comp run as perfect as it did. Couldn't be happier to call @atpgym_ my gym! 💪

Arizona’s Strongest Man 2026 heavy weight division recap:
Axle clean and press: 265x4 reps (no video)
Deadlift: 540x4
Fingal Fingers: 295x6
Power stairs: 365x4 steps and 415x4 steps in 31.3 seconds
Atlas Stone: 275, 285, 320lb, and failed the 350.

I weighed in around 243lbs, heaviest I have ever been and felt strong. I fumbled axle clean and press on my second rep and had a wrist wrap malfunction between reps 3 and 4, I should have had 5 reps on this.
Deadlift exceeded my expectations. Tied with half of the heavy weight division on fingal fingers, got 3rd on power stairs, and 4th on atlas stones.

I got 4th overall, mostly exceeded my own expectations, and had a blast.

Congrats to @brady_mercer @rj.the.urge and @simple.dave on podium finishes!

Thank you to @atpgym_ and @deezelmuscle for great gyms that help prepare me for comps like this!

6 years ago today, Adam and I pulled into the driveway of our rental in Maricopa, Arizona, with a bird in the backseat, an 8x8 POD, and my car on the way.

When Adam and I first met, we quickly found out neither one of us wanted to live in Connecticut long term. Within 18 months of dating, we were driving across the country to pursue our dreams together.

I remember crying as Adam was pulling out of my parents' driveway, waving goodbye to my parents with a mix of happy and sad tears running down my face. I was excited to start this journey, but I was so close with my family. But I knew our dreams couldn't be fulfilled in that small town of less than 15,000 people.

Pulling into the driveway of our rental, I was overwhelmed with many emotions and thoughts. If I'm being honest, the most memorable thought was, "Thank goodness I can stretch my legs." 😅

Fast forward 6 years... I couldn't have imagined our life today - even in my wildest dreams. All I can say is I'm thankful to every single one of you who have been a part of this journey. We are blessed to have the friends and family we do, who encourage us to keep going when times get hard, and keep us laughing throughout this crazy life.

I couldn't possibly tag everyone (even if Instagram allowed more than 20 lol)
