If Roger Federer and Rafa Nadal were wines, what would they be? If Martina Navratilova was a grape variety, which one would you pick? I've played the game with a few great Wimbledon champions in my deeply whimsical wine and tennis player matching exercise, up now at timatkin.com and available at jasondrinks.com via the link in bio. 🎾

Beauty Matters…Issue 105 out now.

This week, we’re talking beauty – delving into a few issues we’ve been thinking about recently, by asking: What happened to the skin positivity movement? And why are dangerous chemicals still being used in some products?

Plus we’re excited to spotlight @strandsfortrans – the amazing network of hair and beauty salons working to provide safe and supportive experiences for all.

Read it all and more at the link in bio.

Dr Gladys, 103, is known as the ‘mother of holistic medicine’. Having spent her early life in India, the daughter of two missionary osteopathic doctors, in 1946, she trained at the only medical school for women in the US and went on to co-found the American Holistic Medicine Association in 1978. She has spearheaded acupuncture, and when she was in her mid-eighties travelled to Afghanistan to teach rural women safer birthing techniques.

When asked to describe herself in three words, @begladmd responds a ‘woman’ with a ‘mission’, and still ‘alive’.

With a profoundly joyful philosophy on life, Dr Gladys’ joie de vivre shines bright in our interview for Issue 100 – read it in full at the link in bio.

Quick phone sketches from home.
I've been enjoying taking more photographs with my phone recently. I was away visiting my homeland for work but I decided not to take my DSLR with me when off duty.
