Sometimes the people who believe in you also challenge you the most 💙

Years apart, two mentors asked Dr. Christophe Jackson a similar question. Not because he wasn't doing enough, but because they saw he was capable of even more.

In this conversation, Christophe reflects on the moments that pushed him beyond his comfort zone and how Sphinx LEAD helped him embrace a bigger vision for his leadership.

📅 Applications for Sphinx LEAD Cohort 9 are due October 20, 2026.
💬 Comment LEAD and we'll send you everything you need to apply!

I was a honored to be asked to perform at the “State of the Arts & Wellbeing” event put on by Performance Hypothesis. Of course, I was excited to bring my partner in performance & music DJ @mettaspin to make the night perfect! The intersection of Arts and Wellness is a space that I am excited to be apart of and to participate in. The more we can raise the awareness around wellness & the contribution of the Arts in amplifying wellness is huge. Thank you to @marcelwfoster for the invite & for doing such marvelous work for the past five years. Here is to 500 more! Also congratulations to Alexia Jones for 30 years of dedicated work & love to @r2ise . You so deserved the “State of Arts & Wellbeing Legacy Award.” I am excited to continue to work in this space with such incredible people. A huge shout out to the panelists that gave us such insight in the earlier part of the evening @adrianevjefferson Sunil Iyengar, @cebsgram Conrhonda Baker & Dr. Ali John Zarabbi. I can’t wait for the next event & to be able to offer my energy! Be sure to tap into the upcoming events & get involved. Health is Wealth in all of its forms.
