"They say shooters shoot! All the insanely talented artists on the line-up for tonight's episode of Soul Food on SYN , what's up witchu?!" - GloRilla probably, 2025 🎯

Yes, that's right, we're back with yet another stacked run of tunes for your Tuesday night. Fresh new local jams, plus a few good friends of the show who you've heard us interview before (hey, rem and fulton street 👋🏼)!

Of course you know we've got that international flavour as well! And with International Women's Day just passing by recently, we've got a heavy lean on femme-led acts this week!

Owen and Levey have put together this playlist for you this week, and Melina and Osker will be with them to yap all about it too. 🗣

Tune in to Soul Food, the Home of R&B & Soul on SYN!

And that's a wrap on Season 4 2024! This post is a little late, but with the Christmas special airing last Sunday and the final few interviews going up today (🔗 in stories and in our bio!) ... it's time for a sappy dump + recap!

SoulFood's hiatus was a lot longer than anticipated so to come back for the final season of the year and be received with the love we did was very special! 10 shows, 14 guests, over 200 R&B / Soul tracks played on air, and many many minutes of the three O's (Osker, Opal and Owen) yapping about everything in between and here we are!

Thank you to all the guests that graced us with their time and presence this season (including artists not pictured, @tianakhasi, @j9.mp3, @meadowhipmusic @maina_doe + @beckahamani), thank you to all the artists that sent through their music for us to spin, thank you to @synmedia for supporting us in the relaunch of the show, thank you to our editors @sammyperry_ + @ej.rundle for your hours of work getting Table for Two episodes organised, and most importantly, thank you to YOU for listening and supporting our little R&B show!

We'll be back for Season 1 2025, bigger, better and groovier than ever (and I don't even know if groovier is a word)

Have a happy holidays and keep supporting local music!

Soulfully yours,
The SoulFood Team ✨️
