A women’s formula isn’t a men’s formula at half the dose in a softer colour.

The flat days aren’t a discipline problem. They’re a signal. Energy, mood and recovery all run off the same regulation system.

Female Balance & Performance: Fetaari®, a clinically studied shatavari and fenugreek complex, with myo-inositol, magnesium bisglycinate and iodine, which contributes to normal thyroid function.

Two capsules with breakfast. Same time daily. That’s the protocol.

Own your core.

Anyone can make creatine taste like sweets. That's the easy part.

The hard part is what goes in instead. Ours runs on 2500mg liposomal beetroot, zero sugar, zero apology.

Not dessert. Fuel.

Somewhere along the way the goal changed.
Not bigger lifts. Not five sessions a week.
Just feeling good in the body you train.
More mobility. More agility. Weights when it makes sense, not because the ego says so.
Turns out that outweighs everything.

We got asked why prices went up. So we answered it on camera instead of hiding it in an FAQ.

No investors. No multinational budget. Just honest maths.

Belief gets you through one more rep. A system gets you through the next ten years.

Both work. But only one of them needs someone standing over you.

The slap on the chest, the hype, the push, that's borrowed belief. It works in the moment because someone else is holding it for you. The problem is what happens when they're not in the room.

Owning your core is the opposite. It's quiet. It's knowing how your body responds, what happens when you go too hard, what happens when you stop. It's not waiting to be told what to do.

Most people want to be told. That's the harder thing to change.

Own your core.

How much creatine should you actually take?

Ignore the guy on your feed saying twenty grams a day. Five grams if you're a man, three to five if you're a woman. That's the ceiling.

No fixed timing. And no, you don't have to take it daily, same way you don't eat meat every single day. Miss a couple of days, no biggie.

The goal isn't perfect. It's a system you can actually keep.

Own your core.

Forget the science for a second. There's a simpler test.

Would you give it to your mum. Would you give it to your sister. Would you give it to your wife or your closest friend.

If the answer isn't a clean yes, it shouldn't be on a shelf.

That's the standard everything at FUNCTNL gets held to. Not a marketing line, just the only honest filter I trust.

And if I learn something tomorrow that changes how I think about a product, I'll change it. That's the job.

Not the full HYROX but a team competition. 24 teams. 3 per team. One goal. Work hard.

Amazing set up by @b3yond.oman and the coaches @nicolas.vas__ for showing us the right techniques in the training build up.

First time for this and many more to come 🙏🏽

Keep it @functnl.uk #ownyourcore #HYROX #functionaltraining #guthealth
