A little something that I did ages ago but never posted! Just sharing some best practices and advice on how to stay calm when speaking in public and hosting! Trust me I still get nervous but I hope this video helps and inspires aspiring hosts to get out there and do it! Believe in yourself and Believe what you can bring to the table. If I can do it... you can do it🙏🏿💯🎯 #hosting #tips #advice #publicspeaking #howtostaycalm

🎨 A few moments in the making of MOVE YOUR FEET 🎨

🕺🏿So unbelievably grateful to all these dancers for their enthusiasm, commitment and joy. I met these dancers at @runwayhouse @funkofthefuture
@unibirmingham and in the London dance scene, and I cannot wait to see what they all do next!!

🎬 Huge thank you to @jackson_ducasse for lending me his time chatting to me about directing for music video and helping me create my first video treatment. Pleasure to reunite after working with @harleymoonkemp last year 😁

📽 @beenjamminent - Thank you for letting me be me in achieving this vision, and for your enthusiasm over the project and mega skill in the edit. Sitting down with you to piece it together at @britishfilminstitute made such a difference and was such an enjoyable process.

💖 Massive thank you to my Sammy who provided our lighting @muddlingthroughtech and helped me sort an emergency disco ball collection from Argos on the day - along with all the shnacksss.

💌 It was @funkofthefuture who let us use their Thursday training slot at @studio68london to shoot this vid. Dancing with them over the last year has not only trained me in their locking/house fusion style - which has heavily inspired the choreo in this concept video - but also given me new performance experiences in stage and screen and provided me with an accepting and fun group of people to dance with every week. Thank you so much @ydfotf86 and team Funk.

✨️ Let us know what you thought of the video! ✨️
