We sat down and had a conversation about ecological training, skill acquisition, and the way we approach learning in combat sports & life.

We explore ideas related to Rob Gray’s work, including How We Learn to Move and Learning to Be an “Ecological” Coach, and consider what they mean for practice and coaching.

Whether you’re an athlete, coach, or curious about how people develop skills & learn, this conversation opens up a dialogue for rethinking how we train.
