THE DOUBLE BACK….it always feels good to go back to my alma mater @columbia_biz! Now the building is fancier than I remember but the people, the mindset, the vision, remains the same…FOCUSED on building for the future. I want to thank @funndippp and the @cbs_elevate conference team for having me, it feels like a real honor to go back to the place that helped define a career I’m extremely proud of. We talked about the business of influence and how important creators are to the economy, within their own and spanning far beyond - the women on this panel…..BOSSES. I, of course had to give my flowers to this space, because there’s only me with YOU, in the creator world, it’s community over everything! I love it here 🫶🏾

Spoke on the “Business of Influence” at @columbia_biz yesterday. The growth of the creator economy has been crazy—and so is the opportunity. Grateful to share my thoughts of the space, especially alongside this beautiful panel of Black girl magic! ✨

what a JOURNEY! So I decided to leave YouTube and I’m not even sure where to start, but what I can say is the people made the place. I’ve worked with some of the most talented, brilliant, and flat out wonderful human beings during my time @youtube. I feel incredibly blessed to know that many of the relationships will last a lifetime because we truly became family.

y’all I did so many things I’m proud of and I’m closing this chapter at peace and with love, knowing that what’s next is the path I’m intended to be on. I thank my manager for believing in me from day 1 when I interviewed - she has no idea how deep the love runs, the company for challenging, stretching and pushing me to be excellent, my teammates for being the best support system you could ever ask for, and my creators for soaring, dreaming and achieving - showing me what is possible in this space!

“don’t aspire to make a living, aspire to make a difference” - denzel washington….well here it goes, the next phase of my career is loading and I couldn’t be more proud, more excited, more eager to make a difference! I’ll never believe that I can’t, only that I can and that the possibilities are far beyond what I’ve dreamed of #godsplan

ONWARD & UPWARD, I’m taking a short break before I start my new role and I can’t wait to share it with y’all! ❤️ #trustingtheprocess
