It’s only been 5 days since I left our bakery in Breckenridge @threefoldbreck 🏔️ and I miss it already. 🥪6am I was at Troub checking on something 🥐6:15am I stopped at QC fo a road snack and a coffee 🚙6:30am headed to SFO ✈️9am boarded a plane to Denver 🚗1pm mst got in a car and drove to Breck ☝🏼4pm got my fingerprints for beer & wine license 🍽️5pm had dinner with our partners @matty_vawter at @radicatobreck 🍹8pm grabbed a drink with @almalyzia.creations 💪🏼3am got into the pit with the team for 2 days The team was beat up, because they are doing the same large numbers in a production space that is a little smaller than old @quailandcondor AND they’ve got the @troubadour.bread sando program in there. We could not be prouder of what our partners and our extended team are doing RIGHT 💥OUT 💥 OF 💥 THE 💥 GATES 💥 Thank you for letting us be a part of your community, Breck, we’ve been away for too long and we can’t wait to get to know you better. If you find yourself in Breckenridge, maybe you’ll catch me and Sean there at the right time ✌🏼We’ll be back soon 🫱🏻‍🫲🏽

We’re beyond grateful to everyone who celebrated ten years of @bigaseidel's Mercantile with us last Thursday! ✨ There is an incredible amount of thanks to give for making this night so memorable. To all of the guest chefs and friends who came to cook with us in our kitchen, mix up welcome cocktails, and remind us what makes the hospitality community so incredible. To everyone on our Merc team who kept everything moving behind the scenes and in front. To all of our guests who joined us in the dining room that evening - as well as everyone who has dined with us every day since we opened in 2014. THANK YOU! Our time might have been short but it’s far from over. Here’s to all the breathtaking places I got to see, all the amazing people I got to meet, and all the hard lessons I didn’t know I had to learn. As I start my new adventure as Assistant Director of Food & Beverage down in Savannah its hard not to be grateful for all the struggles that landed me here. They never said the road would be easy, but at least I chose a scenic route. #adventure
