SHINE is out now. 🤍
How lucky am I to create alongside artists and dancers who truly want to make a difference with their art?! ♥️I’m so proud of the authenticity behind this piece and the message we get to share today.

Sometimes we forget just how much power there is in the smallest acts of kindness.
Give the compliment. Hold the door. Check in on someone. Choose patience. Show up with a little more love.
Because it all matters. It all adds up. And it can spread farther than we will ever know.
One act of kindness can change everything.

So grateful to create this alongside @shultztay and our beautiful The Muse Experience dancers for giving this message so much heart! Big thanks to my very talented hubby @nikgravelle for capturing it all in a way that shares our vision fully.
Go watch SHINE. Then go be the reason someone else shines a little brighter today. #muselife #muselove 🤍

Grateful to have been apart of this beautiful educators retreat!

Thank you to @jaystarrz and @nikgravelle for having me share in this space! Grateful to be able to teach and learn with the best! It feel so good to be with so many beautiful humans wanting to better themselves, their businesses, and their artistry!

It only made it better that I got to hang with some of my favorite humans @sadieposeylogan and @brennaalleman !! You ladies are the best and I love to see you in your element!

Already looking forward to the next one!!
