A huge thank you to HOKA for coming out today and giving SMUCPM the opportunity to try out the new Arahi 9s! 👟💙

We had so much fun learning about HOKA’s innovative shoe technology and putting the shoes to the test with some jumps, runs, and plenty of movement!

🎉 Congratulations to all of our lucky winners! We hope you love rocking your new HOKAs!

Stay tuned for our next event! You never know, you might walk away with a FREE pair of shoes too!

Thank you so much to everyone who joined us for our AAPSM presentation with Dr. K on foot and ankle injuries in the 2026 FIFA World Cup! ⚽️🦶

A special thank you to Dr. K for sharing his time, knowledge, and expertise with us! We hope everyone enjoyed the presentation and walked away with some new insights into sports medicine and the injuries seen in elite athletes.

A little glimpse into our first clinical rotation! 🩺🤍

From checking vitals and listening to heart and lung sounds to practicing neurological and musculoskeletal exams, we got to put our clinical skills into practice while learning how to communicate with patients!

Onto the next rotation starting this Monday!

Summer term/break recap! Took intro to clinical medicine this term which has been my favorite class we’ve taken so far- I loved learning how to perform injections and different suturing techniques!

In between classes, I explored more of the Bay Area including Marin county and Golden Gate Park!! This past week I got to head home to Portland for a long weekend before helping out with first-year orientation including tabling for podopeds at the club fair! Also attended another amazing ACCPMA society dinner!

Excited for new classes to start and to get to know class of 2030!!🎉🎉

A few clicks from April! Such a longggg and honestly pretty demanding month.

Finally finished finals and officially DONE with first year of podiatry school!! I truly couldn’t be more relieved.

This year pushed me in every way possible, so many early mornings, little sleep, and moments where it felt like a lot… but also so many memories, growth, and the best people to go through it with 🤍

Grateful for the opportunities and excited for what’s ahead after elections:
- President-Elect for Podiatric Medical Mission Club (PMMA)
- Director-Elect for Suitcase Clinic
- President-Elect for American Limb Preservation Society (ALPS)
- Treasurer for American Association of Women Podiatrists (AAWP)
- Continuing as Class Secretary, Student Ambassador and my partnership with @fableticsscrubs as an Ambassador

Finals week obsessions were sourdough bread, oranges, mini @bloomsupps , @builtbar, and way too much espresso
