🧠 Stress isn’t just in your head — your body feels it too.

Everyday pressures can leave you carrying tension in your neck, shoulders and back.

Take a moment for yourself. Relax, reset and give your body the care it deserves.

Pleased to have completed my Pre- and Postnatal Nutrition course with Future Fit Training 👏

Another area of nutrition that has helped to deepen my knowledge and understanding of different nutritional needs ✔️

This particular Certification of Achievement gives me an additional area of training around nutrition during pregnancy and the postnatal period 🫄

🟣 Cupping MARKS ≠ BRUISING

Ever wondered why cupping can leave those circular marks?

They aren’t traditional bruises.

The cups create negative pressure, gently lifting the skin and underlying tissues. This can bring blood towards the surface and cause temporary discolouration.

✨ The marks are a normal response to the treatment
⏳ They fade naturally over time
💆‍♂️ The intensity of the mark can vary from person to person

No two bodies respond exactly the same.

Myofascial dry cupping is one of the techniques I use as part of a tailored sports massage treatment.

It was a busy weekend, and the nerves were definitely high! 😬

But nerves are not a bad thing. We need that adrenaline to help us focus, stay alert and give us what we need to get through challenging moments.

One student even said her nerves were higher than when she got married! 😂

So, rather than fighting those nerves, embrace them. Feel the adrenaline, trust your training and remind yourself that you are ready.

It has been amazing watching you all develop, grow in confidence and step into your role as Pilates instructors.
I wish you all the very best on your Pilates instructor journey. You’ve got this! ❤️

... October Pilates Challenge 🍂

This month, I aim to revisit and develop all 34 of Joseph's original Pilates exercises - reviewing and consolidating just one exercise per day. This aligns perfectly with my Level 4 Mat Pilates Instructor Training Course through Future Fit, giving me the opportunity to deepen my understanding, refine my technique and continue developing my teaching!🧘🏻‍♀️

Feel free to join along, taking the appropriate adaptations and modifications to suit you ✨️

Another one ticked off!

I’ve completed my Nutrition for Sport and Exercise modules with Future Fit Training.

Intense, but I’ve genuinely loved getting a deeper understanding of how nutrition supports the body — from fuelling training and recovery, to carbohydrates, protein, fats, hydration and everything in between.

And it’s made me even more passionate about sharing simple, realistic nutrition information grounded in evidence.

This is another step towards my goal of helping people understand what their body needs to support their health and goals — and why.

Right, what’s next 👀

45 minutes of sports massage… condensed into 45 seconds. ⏱️💆‍♂️

A full treatment using a combination of techniques, tailored to the client and what their body needs on the day.

From warming up the muscles to deeper work, stretching and targeted techniques — every part of the session has a purpose.

45 minutes. One session. A lot of work. 🔥
