Championship weekends don't start on Saturday morning.

They start with the choices you make on Friday.

💧 Hydrate
🍍 Fuel your body
🏃 Move with purpose
😴 Recover
🧠 Prepare mentally

The work is done. Today is about arriving fresh, explosive, and ready to compete.

Remember:
✅ Control the Controllables
✅ Feet Earn Hands
✅ Communicate More Than You Think Is Necessary
✅ Have Fun
✅ Lean on Your Teammates When Adversity Strikes

The players who dominate in the 4th quarter are usually the ones who took care of the little things on Friday.

Little Things Make BIG Differences.

Breathe. Communicate. Dominate.

Be FUNdamentally Undeniable. 🤙🥍🔥
