Here’s my current San Diego coffee shop rotation. I’ve been sticking with these spots lately, some more than others, but each one has something that keeps me coming back.

If you’re curious what I order at each shop or what I think they do best, ask in the comments or send me a DM. I’m always happy to share.

I keep making these posts because so many of you have told me you’ve found new coffee shops through them. I appreciate everyone who shares their own favorites and experiences with me too.

I am always exploring to find the best new coffee shop. There are so many amazing coffee shops to check out in SD! Here are some of my favorites:

1. @bica_sd is located on Adams Ave in Normal Heights. This Portuguese coffee shop is know for their coffee, tartine open faced sandwiches, and pastries! They have a spacious outdoor patio and they are dog friendly. 🍵
2. @muri.cafe is located in North Park. This spot has been my new favorite coffee shop to work remote! This is a Kurdish Coffee shops that offers delicious coffee and pastries. The design inside makes for a beautifully intricate spot. Don’t miss this one! ☕️
3. @palmys Located in Pacific Beach. This spot is just blocks from the beach! They have delicious Açaí bowls, breakfast plates, and avocado toast. They have plenty of seating and are also dog friendly! 🏄🏻
4. @littlewhilesd is my new favorite discovery! This spot is in the Normal Heights neighborhood. I absolutely love their coffee and pastries 🥐 There are lines on the weekends so I recommend going during the week!
5. @mysticmochacafe is located in University Heights. Oh my goodness their breakfast sandwich is the besttt I’ve ever had. Not to mention their coffee and matcha are yummy too. Run don’t walk to this spot! 🥪
6. @intazzasandiego is a spot not many people know about located in Golden Hill. I love their aesthetic and it is so spacious. Big menu! Definitely one of my favorites ✨ Very dog friendly as well!
7. @friendsoffriends.sd is located in National City. You can find vinyl records being spun, delicious breakfast sandwiches, and coffee here. This spot is vibey and a fun to meet a friend and hang at.
8. @theinvigatorium has the most unique vibe for sure! When you walk in you are greeted with pixelated murals, dinosaurs, and dragons. Yummy Modern Times Coffee and breakfast tacos 🌮
9. @fuzzcoffee This spot is located in North Park. I love their matcha and they have records to browse and buy! 🎶 Great for music and coffee lovers
10. @selva.coffee.house is located inside @terrabellanursery and has locations in Del Mar & Midway Drive. Perfect for plant lovers and fun drinks to try! 🌱
