Who was I thinking I’d keep the same board all of ‘26. I’ve limited myself to a PT Metro 16, to keep my pedals intentional. I know could easily fill a bigger board, maybe next year.

Deep Purple - Black Night (1970) but doo)))m

I think I have my dad to thank for introducing me to this song. Loved it from day one. Could you imagine nailing a song this hard all the way back then.

Once is too much, but after the Rusty Box failed 3 separate times, it has been replaced with the Elephant 🐘 from @noise.space.audio for good.

Pedals once again courtesy of Eastside Music Supply. Fuzzrocious 420, Super Fuzz by Stromer, and Vintage Maestro phaser. Fu Manchu riffs are going to sound insane. I have a vintage Boomer fuzz wah (8 transistor Shin Ei) that I love but figured you can't have too many Super Fuzz circuits lying around. The Stromer is a fantastic one. And the Fuzzrocious 420...my goodness.

Forgot it was Bandcamp Friday. Link to bandcamp in my linktree or search 'Solarus'.

If you're a fan of Conan, Bongripper, and some drone like sunn o))) you might like it. Hour long, overly long intro honestly but then there's lots of 'chapters' in there I'm sure you'll hear 🤘

Oh and one guess on the riff. Shouldn't be difficult.

Guitar + Rig:
Squire Jazzmaster HH modern body
@newtonestrings .017 (plain) .024 .030 .042 .056 .082
