As a coach, sometimes all you need is a look.

Happy Birthday, to my brother-from-another country!

Somehow, working with me for 7 years hasn't aged Valeriy Goncharov a day.

Not everything went quite to plan for Sooners Fuzzy Benas, Sasha Bogonosiuk, Dante Reive & Hunter Simpson at these U.S. Champs, but zero doubt in my mind that ALL of them will be back, better than ever. Every one of these guys is a gamer. They have that #OUDNA that can turn adversity into opportunity.

These Sooners showed an amazing amount of grit, persevering despite significant adversity. All improved their all-around totals tonight, defying odds and expectations, and representing Oklahoma well.

Incredibly proud of every one of these guys. Work to do, but the future remains bright.

Yul Moldauer coming back at USAs to finish 5th all-around and earn 4th career National title on p-bars, just 8 months into a comeback, and 3 months after major move, all a few weeks shy of his 30th birthday is nothing short of amazing

He's already great, but just getting started on this new chapter.
