@fvckinashman told me to beat my 2RM (530) from week 1, so I did my 1RM from last week for 2 (550). Feeling real hungry literally and figuratively
Back down sets with the 3 board at 525 for 2x2

@granitebarbellny at this rate we'll need more weights on Saturday mornings

Thank you @jasonskalak for helping as usual.

Little training dump from this week. Feeling stronger and excited to see where things go when we piece everything together

Deadlifts 4x2 at 525, elevated pulls 3x1 at 545, then pause squats 2x3 at 490. These were all completed yesterday with some inverse curls, zercher sandbag carries, rdls and hammer curls.

Wednesday I did 4x2 floor press at 315. Db bench, plate raises, t bar rows, face pulls, Tate presses, abs

Added 30 lbs on the bar from last week and 40 lbs to the chains. Feeling stronger than ever and thankful for the crew @hellbent_barbell today! Couldn't push this hard without you guys!

Had myself a great morning with a 20 lb pr on the 1 board and also the most weight I've benched ever. 550 fell today and next stop is 600!

Thank you @jasonskalak and @tkeela_ for helping today and getting me out on time to see my family for a bit.

Chronicles of squat progress continues. Worked up to 605 for a double on the GCB with 120 chains and forward mini bands. But because shorter I didn't quite get all the chain weight. It was fun to push with the @hellbent_barbell crew this morning, and I am always thankful for everyone's help!

Gotta work opening up a bit more but honestly I haven't doubled anything in the 700s yet so this is definitely a step in the right direction.

Time to keep working. 530 x2 to a 1 board. Gotta clean up some stuff besides my congestion. Great place to be but more work to be done. Thank you @jasonskalak and @tkeela_ for putting up with me. I can't do this alone

Squats are definitely coming together nicely! Worked up to 700 for single. I think I'm getting used to the suit once again. Definitely a naked knee pr and 50 off my previous best. I know more is there and I just have to be patient and continue to do the work. Thank you to everyone @hellbent_barbell for your help today!!! It's always a ton of fun

Raw
475x4, 515x3, 565x1
Suit
625x1, 660x1, 700x1

Making something move now!! 525 x1 followed by 3 board raw work at 405. 2x2 then a set of 5. Thank you @jasonskalak and @tkeela_ for help with the shirt, turning into a well oiled machine. Considering this is 5 lbs under my best contest from the Arnold in 2025 I think I may be further ahead. The raw work has been paying off!!!

Seated cable rows, db ohp, banded incline Tate presses

Week 3 of close grip is slowly improving. 335 x7 after 325 3x3. Some low incline bench 295 3x4 afterwards. Thank you @chinnymoo for spotting, I'll catch your bench in no time!

These feel much better after using bands the previous weeks. Gotta keep pushing harder
