Life lately…

We are finally thawing out in Norther Virginia and I’m finally emerging from hibernation.

This winter was roughhh but we are moving into a brighter season ☀️🫶🏻🌸

All week, we’ve been interviewing some truly dynamic individuals — from Pilates instructors and personal trainers to former studio owners, nurses and physical therapists.

One standout?
Coach Lisa, former owner of Fredericksburg TRX, stopped by to express her interest in joining the PMW team — and she is truly a GEM. We’re excited to continue the conversation with her.

We’re incredibly excited about the connections we’ve made throughout this process. The level of talent has been inspiring… and honestly, we wish we could bring everyone on.

But as we build intentionally, only a select few will make it through this round.

That said — this is just the beginning. If interested in becoming a part of the PMW team, apply on INDEED NOW before all positions are filled.
We’ll be holding on to resumes and reconnecting as opportunities open up, continuing to grow our team here in Fredericksburg and beyond.
