Competition:
“is always a good thing. It forces us to do our best. While monopoly renders people complacent and satisfied with mediocrity”

“It’s competition that forces us to get out of our complacency”

“The purest form of competition is to push, challenge and demand more from yourself”

Basketball has brought some incredible people into my life.

This Thanksgiving, I’m grateful for the coaches who have shared their knowledge and opened doors, the athletes who trust me and challenge me to become a better coach, and the families and programs who continue to support my work.

I get to help athletes work through struggles, build confidence, and see their hard work start to pay off. I’m thankful I get to be part of that process.

Whether we’ve worked together for years, shared a court for a weekend, or had a conversation that changed how I think—thank you.

Happy Thanksgiving to you and your families. 🏀🍂
