Ok so this coming year I decided to celebrate our youth every one to two weeks… therefore Wednesday is my Celebrate Youth Day! First up is Alina!: This is my homie Larry “Love” Southall’s daughter aka my niece aka The Karate Kid Alina Southall. Larry Love is a professor at CU Boulder, my co-director for the Hip-Hop Certificate at CU- Lina, is headed to Japan to compete in Karate. Im very proud of her. I’ve known her since she was a Pip-Squeak Karate kid taking me and her father’s Hip hop (p) class at 5years of age. Please join me in wishing her luck and celebrating another young person out there focused, determined and doing their thing in this crazy world. On Sunday I introduced and moderated a talk back for Rennie Harris Lifted! A Gospel House Musical! This show was an evening Church service.
