Lots of highlights in 2025 but the main one was finding each other & building something really special.
We have so much planned for 2026, we’re ready, we’re deranged, we’re yours x

Today we celebrate the launch of our latest single, 'Postcolonial Blues', at @bootleggers_newtown This track means a lot to me and I put my heart and soul into the track when writing my parts. At the time of writing I was listening to a lot of @publicenemy and was really inspired by @mrchuckd and @keithshocklee 's production of the track 'Fight The Power'. I wanted to write what would be my own protest track and Public Enemy really helped me explore how driving beats and percussion can incite emotions and motivate those to protest, with the track touching on colonialism and its impacts, something that has directly affected me and my family, I wanted to write a drum line that was more than just something to make people move, but also something to make people think and feel a drive to do something more to fight for the causes they stand for. I hope anyone who listens to the track feels that drive and uses it for good.

Buy tickets to our launch show and watch our music video via the link in my bio. We'll continue to celebrate the launch of our single when we support @themurdercapital on the Sydney leg of their world tour next weekend.
