I love the @savewrightflwbc's new logo because it’s deeply mission-driven. You can read the Conservancy’s announcement and the designers’ case study for a deeper look at the design process and the full visual system. As usual, I want to nerd out on the lens I care most about: how design, when led by mission, becomes one of the most visible and powerful ways an organization advances its work. New logos often spark strong opinions, especially among people who already feel close to the work. Designed in collaboration with the New York–based design office @order.design.nyc, this identity is more than just a logo. It’s a complete system built to do more than reflect familiarity. Using Wright’s signature square, expressed through geometry and structure, and supported by a flexible color system drawn from his buildings, it honors Wright’s legacy while intentionally distinguishing the Conservancy within a landscape where many Wright-related identities share similar visual cues, including the red square. In the spirit of Wright’s belief that form and function are one, that distinction is both aesthetic and purposeful, helping the Conservancy reach new audiences and make the stakes of preservation real. This is a logo you don’t just see. It’s a logo you feel. Let me tell you why. [LINK IN BIO]

Since Day 1, @notionhq has been about clarity, customization, and control — now they’re turning that energy into a full-blown design statement. Enter: Make with Notion, their first-ever in-person conference 💥 To bring the vision to life, @order.design.nyc crafted a bold new visual language, design system, and brand guidelines. Repost from @thebrandidentity “Working in a smaller studio like this means wearing a lot of different hats and balancing a lot of responsibilities on top of trying to make great work, so when I was first starting that was a little daunting to dive into.” — For number thirteen in our interview series, The Designers, we caught up with @g_rrettcorcoran of Brooklyn-based design office Order.
