White Coat Day was honestly the perfect representation of PT school. Anything that can go wrong, probably will! Unfortunately, my family wasn’t able to make it to the ceremony because of the fires near the freeway, but we still found a way to celebrate this special milestone together afterwards (they still made it in time for pictures).

If PT school has taught me anything, it’s that things won’t always go as planned, but it’s the people by your side who make all the difference. Through all the challenges, stressful days, and unexpected obstacles, I know I can always count on these guys (and so many others I didn’t get pictures with) to have my back.

I’m beyond grateful for the friendships we’ve built, the memories we’ve made, and the support we continue to give each other. This journey hasn’t been easy, but I couldn’t imagine going through it with anyone else. Here’s to how far we’ve come and everything that’s still ahead of us!

Recap of the year so far…

Celebrated 3 years of loving someone.
Turned 27, it definitely felt different when I realized I fought for every milestone.
I became a first generation graduate which almost didn’t happen, but did.
Now I am starting a new job in June and will be breaking into the medical field!

Life doesn’t always follow the timeline you imagined - sometimes it takes a little longer, a few detours, and a lot of heart. Through a lot of adversity with losing loved ones and battling with insane health issues, I kept going.

Here’s to resilience, love, and the people who carried me when I couldn’t walk alone. 🥂 I’m just getting started 🤍
