Blog #2 is officially live! 🤗🙌🏽🥳

If you’ve ever wanted to get stronger but felt turned off by fitness spaces that only focus on weight loss… this one is for you.

We’re breaking down what strength training can actually look like when it’s centered on:

• support
• sustainability
• and your real life

Not the scale.

You can read the full blog here:
nondiettrainer.com

If you’re looking for a trainer that prioritizes:
• strength without weight loss pressure
• trauma-informed support
• and a space where your body actually feels safe

I’d love to connect.

Book your free complimentary assessment
Link in bio.

You don’t need to change your body to deserve support.

YOUR BODY IS NOT THE PROBLEM 💯💛🌈

If you have ever felt like you just needed more discipline, more willpower, more control… this workshop is for you.

On March 7, my amazing friend @the.hawaiian.dietitian and I wlll be gathering in community and fascilitating a 90-minute virtual experience where we will:

✨ Name the systems that shaped our body beliefs
✨ Dismantle diet culture together
✨ Move in ways that feel joyful and choice-based
✨ Cook a simple, nourishing, ADHD-friendly meal
✨ Build real community

This is not a workout class.
This is not a diet talk.
This is a liberation space.

We’re intentionally limiting this workshop to 10 people to keep it intimate, interactive, and supportive.

🗓 Saturday, March 7
🕛 12PM CST / 8AM HST
💻 Virtual
💲 $25

If you’ve been craving a space where your body isn’t treated like a problem to solve… this is it.

Spots will go fast.

👉🏽 Sign up today at nondiettrainer.com

Let’s build something different.

There was a nice turnout for @uchenna_awoke’s first-ever reading from his forthcoming debut novel, “The Liquid Eye of a Moon” last night.

Keep an eye out for the book readers describe as a Nigerian “Catcher in the Rye”.

Releasing next summer from @catapult in the US and @scribe_uk in the UK.

Belated Arkansas photo dump! In Diamond City, I watched the fireworks over the lake with my family / In Fayetteville, I volunteered at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church’s Queer Camp with 👑 @themarinalynne (where one of our kids had the NERVE to refer to Fergalicious as an “oldie”!) / In Branson, MO I saw the best show I’ve ever seen ?? with my grandma (shout out @thehaygoods) / I will never forget any of it and am thankful to everyone (and vaccines) for the memories. 🥰🥰🥰
