A lot of people think I train because I want abs. That’s part of it… But it’s not the reason. The reason is moments like this. Being able to chase my kids through the parking lot. Walking into the theater with my wife. Feeling energized instead of exhausted. Being present instead of just physically there. The older I get, the more I realize fitness isn’t about looking good for one summer. It’s about becoming the kind of husband, father, and man who has the health, energy, and discipline to fully enjoy the life God has blessed him with. The gym isn’t competing with my family. It helps me show up better for them. That’s the goal I coach my clients toward too. Not just losing weight… But becoming the man their wife, kids, and future self deserve. There were seasons in my life where I honestly did not understand what God was doing. Nothing was going the way I planned. No car. No job. No blueprint. Just faith, ambition, dreams… and some uncertainty on my next steps as I chartered new territory.. And somehow in the middle of all of that… God blessed me with you. ❤️✝️ Looking back now, it SERIOUSLY amazes me what we have built together with God at the center. A marriage. A family. Three beautiful children. A home filled with love, growth, lessons, chaos, grace, and purpose. And through every season… you have been my secret weapon. Not just as my wife, but as a mother. (Travel advisor, time police, 💩 time monitor 😂) The way you love our children. The way you sacrifice. The way you continue showing up even when you are exhausted. It makes me admire you more and more every year. And the funny thing is… 😂 a lot of our little arguments end with me reflecting, praying… and realizing you were right most of the time anyway. I promise to listen and truly hear how you feel, I’ve truly learned the difference in the ways that God made us think. Which is a beautiful thing! You see the world through a whole different lens that helps keep our trajectory on the right path. You challenge me in ways I do not always like in the moment… but in the long run, those tough moments where you calm me out or challenge me, truly make me a better man, husband, father, and leader. That is one of the greatest blessings God could have given me. A woman who does not just love me… but helps sharpen me. We are still growing. Still learning. Still working on ourselves and our marriage daily. But I would choose you again every single time. ❤️ Thank you for building this life with me. Life lately has been loud, beautiful, exhausting… and honestly a blessing all at the same time. 🙏🏽 Becoming a dad again. Building our home. Balancing business, marriage, faith, fitness, and family. There are days I feel tired. Days I do not feel like training. Days I want to sleep in because the nights with a newborn are REAL 😂 But I keep reminding myself… The goal is not perfection. The goal is being the best Man of God, Husband and father I can be Showing up for the people God entrusted me with. Leading my family well. Taking care of my body. Being present. Building memories with my kids while they are still little. Lately that has looked like: 🏃🏽‍♂️ running with my boys 🏈 football Sundays ⚽️ Soccer Saturdays 🏀 basketball ❤️ getting dialed back in with my wife postpartum 🏡 building our future home 💻 coaching men through their own transformations 🙏🏽trying every day to become a better man than I was yesterday Life is full right now. But I would not trade it for anything. Still growing. Still learning. Still becoming the man God called me to be. ✝️🔥

Dear Gabbi🫶🏽… Watching you become a mother has changed me BIG TIME! Btw you are epitome of what it means to be a Mom! I am beyond grateful the kids have you as their mother 🙏🏽 I’ve always loved you I think if I could pinpoint the moment it was that first morning I stared into them brown eyes..I knew God blessed me with the mother of my children, forever 🫶🏽 Seeing the way you carried each of our children truly AMAZES me..you sacrifice for our family, push through exhaustion, pain, sleepless nights, let me annoy you and still show up with love every single day… Jesus has given me a whole different level of respect for you baby 🫶🏽 Especially after bringing our baby girl into this world. You make motherhood look beautiful even on the hard days. The late nights. The feeding. The healing. The constant giving of yourself. Our kids are blessed because they have YOU. Life lately… A lot has changed. Our daughter Jordann was born. Healthy. Blessed. 🙏🏽 We got to walk through our new home pre-drywall… seeing it all come together in real time. Our current house is on the market and getting interest. New season. New responsibility. At the same time… We’re getting dialed back in. My wife and I are locking back into our nutrition together as a team while she recovers postpartum. And honestly… every pregnancy I gain a whole new level of respect for her through all of this. Everything she carries. Everything she does. It’s different when you really see it up close. We even picked up new running shoes… And the boys and I have been getting after it. Running together. They might not love it yet 😂 …but they’re growing into it. And I love seeing that. This morning I didn’t sleep great. New baby. New rhythm. I wanted to sleep in. But we still got up and ran. Because this is the season we’re in. Jussiah is getting big. Jordann is growing every day. More basketball. More flag football on Sundays. Just being present as much as I can. And on top of that… Gabb and I committed to HYROX in September. Another challenge. Another level. Life is full right now. But it’s a blessing. Not perfect. Not easy. But meaningful. Grateful for it all.
