POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Had the most magical few days last week contemplating all things blue at our third Read-Treat. We took so much inspiration from our nature campus, @clarkart, and @massmoca during lush July in the Berkshire, all while reading aloud Bluets by Maggie Nelson. Thank you to our wonderful hosts @lzsewzreadz @alanachernila @longmeadow for bringing us together under the summer sun, and to @gabbiswanstyling for snapping these photo memories.

Stay tuned for our next Read-Treat gathering and book selection, which we’ll announce in the fall.

“To have seen such beautiful things.
To find oneself placed in their midst.
Choiceless.”

how much of your life do you spend daydreaming? 💭✨

You’re scrolling through, saving posts of the epic adventures, the freedom guides, the tiny houses 🏡 and you think “one day I’m going to make this happen, this is the life I’m dreaming of.. one day I’ll do it.”

⏳but day after day you show up to the draining job paying far too little for you time so you can cover rent, groceries & utilities. There’s no room in the budget to take time off. A freedom guide is useless because you have no freedom from the 9-5 & There’s not enough savings to invest into that tiny home vision.

Fuck that sucks, and I know because I’ve been there. I have lived in low income housing & had nothing to my name before.

🧘🏼‍♀️ I didn’t end up where I am today by doing the same thing day in & day out… I knew that continuing to work my 9-5 would just perpetuate my current reality.

✋🏽 So I quit.
I got down on my knees, put my hands deep in the earth, & cried & prayed & begged for a way out.

🌬 great spirit took my hand and lead me down a path less walked. One that’s uncertain, shaky… a bit of a gamble. & it brought me to an opening.

🕊A shift from self doubt to unwavering Trust. From self pity & lack of dignity to authenticity, authority & embodied feminine power 💫
There is no way I would be where I am if I would’ve staying where I was.

💭✨This is your divine call to action, your sign it’s time to change things up so you get to live out your dream in your waking reality, not just in your Instagram feed.

I am here to support you every step of the way.
Trust in the divinity of you hearing this & feeling the call to your soul.
It’s time to make a change, let it flow through you & feel it’s righteousness🍯

I’ll give you 2 truths & a lie~
1. My practices never changed.
2. My willingness never changed.
3. My mindset never changed.
-
Which is the lie?
The willingness is alive in each and every cell of my body. From taking my own 1:1 clients, building a massively successful healing business to starting my own school, being a Coach & mentor for students who hold the same passion of natural healing… The Willingness will stay alive and well as long as I shall live.

My mindset is simple yet unshakable. We are living in an experience, one that begs to question if we live in the matrix or not. But regardless of the answer, it’s so true and traceable that we create our own reality. By the decisions we make in our every day life we shape our experience. We can manifest into being a new house, a better relationship, a more healthy body, whatever it may be you choose to actively vibrate towards, it can be. But every day you must make decisions that supports the actualization of that vibration. For example wanting to be healthy but never leaving the couch. That’s shizzzz is a choice. A small walk every day would be an activation of the healthy vibration you seek.
The mindset held is that this world is fuggggin malleable. By showing up in a good way you get good back. It’s obvious, just keeping the mindset:
I AM creating a huge portion, about 95% of my life experience. Own it. And think/act accordingly.

The lie🥲
My practices have shifted entirely. I was doing yoga 3 hours a day, journaling 1 hour a day, meditating every morning & night.
Now? I wake up to a baby on my breast & I feel like a badasss when I have 30 minutes moving my body.
Life is different here. The near extent of my self care practices are herbal teas, sauna/cold plunge, warm water. Practices are amazing but I’ve seen *SO* many people in the ‘spiritual’ community get so deep into their day to day practices that nothing actualizes because their consumed by what they think is doing the right thing to live a spiritual life. No no, there’s no right way. Just honor yourself, your body and your peace.
It’s just about Chopping wood & carrying water. 🪵 🧺 🙏
