Gym was rocking tonight! It seemed like everyone was destroying legs and back. It’s awesome as an owner to walk the gym and see people referencing a program, and passionately pursuing their goals. If you ever need help with programming, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us!

If you see these phone stands around the gym, please know someone didn’t forget them 😂. We just noticed that a large percentage of the gym is #filming their lifts, and we wanted to help out. Please feel free to use these as you see fit! We also wouldn’t be upset if you tagged us 💪

First morning crew of the week was bussin! Everyone rolls in close to 5:00am, and by 5:30 we are rocking 🤘Today was a leg day, with some heavy #hatfieldsquats on the @_marrs_bar, speed pulls, and heavy squat singles. The atmosphere is electric! Come start your day off right with us Thursday at 5:00. - The last picture is Andrew Schell squatting with us today #whereyouat

Our Fourth of July at the gym involved an awesome lift and building our new deadlift platform. This @dave_liston87 creation is perfectly level and outfitted with @betitanfit deadlift band pegs. If you’re serious about upping your deadlift, add this to your regiment! -
Why bands? Using Bands with Deadlifts will alter the strength curve and actually make lifting the weight harder as it reaches the completion point of the lift.

With the strength curve altered, the lifter has to pull with full force throughout the lift, even at the top when their leverages become favorable and a normal lift would become easier.

Training with Bands teaches ‘explosion’ during the lift.

Football season is over for me and the off-season is upon us! This is always my favorite time of the year to watch all the athletes grow into the best version of themselves. Forces me to push myself as well - took 655 for 4 on the @_marrs_bar with some hatfield squats. Hoping to transition that to straight bar squats for my squat race with @posttbss_08 . Come catch us from 3-4:30pm getting after it or from 5-6:30am for you early risers! 👊
