This deck had taken a beating from the elements and was ready for some attention. We prepped, primed, and refinished the deck, stairs, and railings to give the space a clean, refreshed look and help protect the wood moving forward.

For landlords and Airbnb hosts, staying ahead of projects like this means protecting the property before small maintenance items become expensive problems.

Yesterdays storm cleanup after those crazy winds in Manhattan was insane! It’s all fun and games until you realize you have over 20 properties to check on and most have some sort of damage or water coming in somewhere! Thank goodness for my team stepping up and messaging guests while I tried to make the rounds and clean up what I could! Also thank you @gabegwennap for handling the tree that took out a guests windshield and crushed a deck! 😩Kyle and I decided to handle one of our properties ourselves after a couple trees came down there as well. If you see me and I look exhausted and completely worn out just know after weeks of moving, baseball/softball, storm damage, launching new properties and still running a business I am absolutely exhausted! No time to rest-on to the next!

Flag Football!! Hosting this event was one of the coolest things I’ve been able to do at Hastings College! Thank you to everyone who could make this happen. And Thank you to all the teams who played and gave us great competition. - Forever Locked In🔒🏈

We have some seriously awesome team members! This one happens to be my nephew which makes him even cooler😎

We have so so so much going on right now and while it's fantastic I am a little overwhelmed! Over the next month my team and I will be setting up and launching over 6 new properties!!

Gabe is awesome at assembling furniture and I am so thankful for him! He is also completing demo at our new flip house we just closed on this week and moved a whole lot of furniture and washers and dryers around for me yesterday!

Stay tuned to see a few finished products!
