Great to have my new Nutritionist on board. This fits in so well with personal training and body goals, the correct diet is key as I am continuing to realise!

Hayley will be working alongside us to help clients with detailed food and lifestyle analysis.

The greatest asset in any business isn’t the space or equipment. It’s the people.

As CEO, I’ve been intentional about building the right team of personal trainers at @angelgyms and therapists who are empathetic, collaborative and people first.

For me when team members such as our new nutritionist @haylesdoeshealth share the same values, clients feel supported, understood and cared for.

There are 2 rooms remaining at @angeltherapycentres so therapists who may be interested in working together DM us for more details.

Gyms can be incredibly beneficial for our mental health: the endorphins, the energy, feeling strong after a workout.

But they can also be some of the worst environments for it, because of how they look, sound, and make us feel anxious.

As an entrepreneur, I’m on a mission to change that.

Comment if you have suggestions and ideas on how to build them out further.

I chose Inchyra Blue by Farrow & Ball very deliberately.

Colour is never just colour. It shapes how we breathe in a space and how safe we feel.

Inchyra Blue from Farrow and Ball sits in that rare place between depth and warmth. It’s moody without being heavy, calming without being cold. There’s something nostalgic about it, almost familiar, like a room you already trust the moment you walk in.

I wanted both Angel Gyms and Angel Therapy Centre to feel calm. Not clinical. Not intimidating. Spaces where the nervous system can soften before the work even begins.

Cold, clinical, uninviting therapy spaces? We decided it was time for a change.

If you are a therapist of any type and wish to book one of our therapy rooms, visit us for a free tour or DM us with questions.

As the year turns, I’m reminded that healing isn’t loud, it’s slow, reflective, and intentional.

This season I’m reminded why Angel Gyms and Angel Therapy Centres exist: places for Londoners to become physically stronger, minds to become calmer and people learning to become their whole selves again.

Great design is subjective… right? Well, yes, but also, maybe not.

Most of us instinctively recognise when a space makes us feel calm, held, and at home. I’ve spent years stepping into wellness rooms that just didn’t offer that. Spaces that were cold, clinical, or too bland to really help the mind settle.

That’s exactly why I’m so proud and frankly relieved to have finally finished building and designing Angel Therapy Centres as CEO and Founder, together with my amazing team.

My vision was simple: to reimagine what a wellness room could feel like. To create environments where therapists and clients experience warmth, safety, and a sense of presence, rather than something sterile or soulless.

And now, as we go live this month December 2025 I’m excited to welcome new therapists into these spaces.
