There’s something special about gathering with the people who believe so deeply in what we do. 💜

Our Founder’s Circle Evening was a beautiful celebration of community, connection, and the people whose generosity helps make Vocal Youth Miami possible.

We shared stories, made music together, heard directly from our incredible young people, and were reminded that this work is about so much more than music. It’s about belonging, growth, leadership, and creating spaces where young people can thrive.

A special thank you to @SteinwayMiami for welcoming us into their beautiful space. Being surrounded by such extraordinary pianos was the perfect setting for an evening centered around music and community. 🎹✨

To our Founder’s Circle supporters: thank you for believing in our young people and in the future we’re building together. We are so grateful to have you in our circle. 💜

Thank you so much to Nancy Luzko @luzkonancy for providing such beautiful music throughout the evening!

🎶 We are still reeling from the talent at Opening Night!

This past Friday, more than fifty people filled the room for our first open mic, and it was everything we hoped it would be.💙

Our students sang their hearts out, and what struck us most was not only the talent in that room, which was considerable, but the way each of them stood up and offered something of themselves in front of a crowd. What moved us just as much was watching friends and families turn out on a Friday evening to cheer for every performer. That showed us exactly the kind of community we are building here in the Grove.

Thank you to every family, every performer, and every neighbor who came out. 💫

Next up is Walk In Ready: The Audition Workshop on Friday, October 2 from 6:00 to 7:00 PM, free for every student from any school or studio, with an RSVP on our schedule page. 🎤
