A few photos from our ribbon cutting ceremony last week at Ray Phoenix, 777 N. Central Ave in Downtown Phoenix.

Thank you to everyone who came out to celebrate with us, and to the talented partners who shaped this place alongside us. @johnstonmarklee, @pldnyc, @gracefuller, @the_ljc, and @clayco_inc.

And a special thank you to @veladevelopmentpartners. Five years ago, we sat down and shared a vision of what an apartment building could be, one built around great design, fine art, and real community programming. It’s been a long road, and we couldn’t have asked for better development partners to walk it with.

If you’re looking for some summer reading suggestions, look no further! I’m excited for this book to be included in @hyperallergic top five reading list for July!

I am beyond grateful to @tereztheroof Teréz Iacovino for including me in her essay for Nuyorican and Diasporican Visual Art: A Critical Anthology, edited by Arlene Dávila and Yasmin Ramirez.

Teréz has been an instrumental supporter of my work and a gem of a person to work with!

Stop by and say HOLA!
Second Thursday gallery hours. I’ll be there 6-8pm 🐸

NYC w/ @thetwentyfoursix

If you find really cute items and people hanging on the walls of New York City, that’s #The246 – a platform that co-creates pieces with creatives and tells their story.

Thank you @diningwithflynn for hosting us at @gem.nyc and for creating with us the perfect wooden SPOON!

Also @kellyrutherford + @last2therapy for the Berrocal-inspired #AvecAmour necklace.

And always @junevanthillo for making it all possible 🫶🏼

Introducing CLAUD Collective
— a series highlighting women who inspire us and taking a look at how they wear CLAUD.

Ep 1 | Luna Mey, a 26 year old founder living in Madrid.

Our highlights:

1) The Lola Knit Top pairs perfectly with an airy summer skirt.

2) “Your 20s are for learning. There’s no right or wrong path, there’s only moving and standing still. The takeaway isn’t only to succeed but to discover.”

3) Creme Fraiche goes good with anything.
