Almost a week into 30… and I love it here🤍!

Thank you to everyone who called, texted, DM’d, posted, prayed, gifted, or celebrated me in any way. Every kind word and thoughtful gesture meant more than you know!

One of the sweetest gifts this year has been realizing just how deeply I’m loved. I’m so grateful for the people in my life who truly know me, love me well, and celebrate me—even in the moments when I don’t always know how to celebrate myself.

Thirty feels like joy. It feels like peace. It feels like alignment. Here’s to everything this new decade has in store. ✨🧡

Extending grace to ourselves can be really hard—especially when we’ve been through trauma. But here’s the truth: you’re allowed to do this. God has given us the capacity to extend grace to ourselves as we walk through our journey.

Life can be hard. Healing and growing can be hard. Starting again can be hard.

I’ve taken some time away to heal and recover. For a while, I thought I didn’t deserve to come back until I was perfect. But the truth is, I still have work to do—and God has equipped us to heal, recover, rest, and continue moving forward at the same time.

Some seasons require us to prioritize certain things, but other seasons carry the grace to do more than we think we can.

For me, extending grace means allowing myself to be human in the process without abandoning my post because of it. I’m still processing—but I’m doing it differently.

I’m coming back, and I’m ready to continue extending grace to myself as I show up.

2025 — I was covered. Kept. Protected. Seen. Heard. Loved. I could go on. 💞

Through everything I endured this year, God did all of this for me—and for you. Whether this was a hard year for you, or a year with hard moments, I want you to remember this: you made it. 🔥

What could have wiped you out and taken you under did not. You are stronger than you think, and you can do all things through Christ. This year is proof.

Safe To Bloom is officially 1 year old today!!! 🥹🎉

I still can’t believe it’s been a year since God pushed me to step out and launch this. 😂 I didn’t expect things to move as quickly as they did, but I have no regrets. I’m so thankful I chose obedience over comfort.💞

In just one year, Safe To Bloom has grown into more than a podcast. It’s become a ministry, a safe space, and a community for women to grow into all God created them to be. And this is only the beginning 🙌🏽
