I never thought that the Daytona that would change my life the most would be my first one not being a student. After going to college I lost myself time and time again and found myself in a constant battle with the enemy. Leading this amazing group of boys throughout this last week, allowed me to be a witness of the special gift of God. I was lucky enough to watch three of the boys in my small group accept Christ as their Lord and Savior! Coming into this I thought it was purely my job to make sure these boys had a fun time and grow closer with God and each other but the truth is that they were the vessel to truly lead me back to my Heavenly Father.
They have given me a reason to be a better son of God and leader of man and I couldn’t thank them enough.

With that being said, I have been carrying baggage around in a suitcase that was packed by the devil not by my Lord and Savior. So this is my announcement of dedication to surrender:

The whole of my heart, the best of my soul

Each phase of my life, each breath in my lungs,

The failures I hide, the victories I don’t

The battles I fight, each crown that I hoard

Consider it yours Lord.

Thank you Jesus and my boys, Colt, Daniel, Eli, Jacob, Henry, Micah, Magnus, Joseph, and Colin for allowing me to be your leader! Can’t wait to watch you grow into young men of faith!🙌
